From the time I went into the clinic and through each step in the process of testing, the staff was very helpful. If there was a slight delay, they would inform me and keep me up on what was happening. The office is very clean and uncluttered. A great experience for me.

Excellent job at doing hearing test and then going over the results with me to tell me what my results were and what they meant, and how they could help improve deficiencies found. As a 71 year old man who has been severely hearing impaired all his life, I have worked with many audiologists and had many hearing aids. The technology Paul uses, and his connections with Starkey Labs, gives him the best hearing management equipment in the state. He has his doctorate, and is solidly experienced after working in South Dakota for many, many years. If you think you need help, this is the place to come.
