I called this morning and spoke with a Chad Lupkeys for parts. He was attentive, polite and very helpful. He went out of his way to try and get me parts for a non Trane air conditioner. He wasnt able to located a really good match but told me that I could use a cheaper version to get me by. This is how customer service should be everywhere. Going out of your helps to insure a person is likely to come back and go with only what the business sells. A++ and hats off for treating your customers right!
