I bought a Boneco air purifier/humidifier that cost almost $300.00. It was new but I did not keep the original receipt. I went to exchange it because it did not work. Their policy states that they will exchange items without a receipt. The manager refused my request and told me to call the manufacturer. The manufacturer will not do anything without a receipt. I am out $300.00! I have a pet the suffers from severe allergies and skin conditions so this is very frustrating. I am so upset and will never buy anything from this store again! I work hard for my money and just enraged by their lack of compassion and their refusal to follow their own policies!

Nice store, kind of pricey. Definitely needs an electric shopping cart. Its very difficult for people who have mobility issues to shop here. If you have walking issues, avoid shipping here.

I came in to look for a few things and was planning on using a coupon at checkout. The woman who rang me up, who I suspect was a manager by her demeanor, acted incredibly afraid of me. She didnt even let me set my items down, she just started scanning them with the scan wand from a near foot distance, which made me feel like she didnt want me to place my items on the counter. I felt like this is because I wasnt in a mask, but honestly, she was and she had a divider up between us. Why are you in customer service if you are deathly afraid of the population? How is that acceptable to treat a customer as if they have leprosy? I was so startled by the interaction, I paid without asking if I could use my coupon and left quickly. I wont go back to where I feel I am not welcomed. Sorry, not sorry, the days of masking are over. Stay home or get over it.

Love this store but hate theyre playing politics.

Recently purchased Bee and Willow flannel sheets as well as an Ugg comforter set right before Christmas. Initially loved the sheet set, but it constantly has lint coming off of it and has stained my new white comforter with a reddish tint. Pretty upsetting that your sheet brand has ruined a brand new comforter set. Was told by store staff that I am SOL as I dont know what I did with the receipt and have thrown out original packagings even though the purchase was made less than a week ago. Highly disappointing.

Love the selections here, always find interesting things. Limited selection on higher end products for some things, which is disappointing, especially when youre looking to redesign your kitchen, youre selection is limited.

Bed Bath & Beyond is a great place for home and kitchen needs. You can find all of your cooking, kitchen, decorations, and even personal use items. This place has great deals, but the environment is a bit wacky. Things are stacked onto high shelves everywhere, making things hard to find. Most things are randomly placed, which is kind of annoying. Also, in the middle of nowhere, there is just a ton of as seen on TV items everywhere. Also, the checkout Is short of workers always. That is my take on BBB, its a great place.

Overpriced, some items with displays dont have any saleable units stocked, but its got a huge variety so youll always find what youre looking for.

Forced us to wear a mask so we left, we wont be back.

Customer service outstanding! I purchased new bedding for my father. Did not realize until I opened packaging that there were missing pillow cases. Called BB&B, let the department manager know of the situation, she took my info and within 3 days received a package with exactly what was missing.It’s nice to know we can still “talk” to someone in this “tech world” and receive real results! Thank you so much! Definitely “5” Stars!!!!

Customer was at the checkout with her dog. The dog had NO service harness. Rules are rules. This female customer was assuming she could get away with it, and she did because no manager or staff member asked her to take her dog outside. They just ignored the obvious. Some customers might have allergies or just be afraid of dogs. Poor practice. Please address.

There app said they what I wanted was in stock but when I got there it wasnt even on display I drove an hour and 45 minutes for nothing not happy

Needed a new can opener. None better than a swing-away. They carry it. I just wish they carried bigger stainless steel boiling kettles. Biggest I could find was relatively small. Also looking for a pickle grabber tool but not sure if they exist. Couldnt find any. Got some Boos block oil and a vegetable chopper as well

Its a good place to find gadgets and maybe stocking stuffers. Dont stop all that often but a visit once in a while will turn up some cool stuff...

Always fun to shop here...they really do go beyond the norm. Great quality items, but also a good mix of the quirky and plain old ridiculous! Every time we have a question, its easy to find help, and they really run down your question to a satisfactory answer. I guess maybe what Im saying is, in the area of service, they also go beyond! Dont forget they have a great free, DIY gift-wrapping station so you dont even have to go back to the house if you are on your way to a party or a wedding and need a gift!

I havent been to a bed bath and beyond like this before. It has personal health and personal care items along with their regular selection if home goods. The staff was kind and cheerful. Clean, bright and well laid out store.

Went for our Wedding Registry Shopping night. All the staff was prepared and ready to help--all with smiles and a fun attitude! Had a great night! I highly recommend this store!

Staff was very helpful and friendly when my new wife and I came to the store with gift registry returns and a desired list of purchases. In and out of that large and packed-full store in a surprisingly short time. Which is what I want in a store since I dont like to shop, especially not as much at this type of store, being a guy.

Store did not follow Hassle free return policy. Would not help me exchange defective cookie sheets for new product like policy states. I even had proof of purchase from our wedding registry and was within the time frame of return.The staff from hardlinesI talked to was rude, argumentative and condescending. The store will lose money if I let you return that.It was very disappointing since we always had great customer service in the past.We literally spent thousands on our wedding registry and then we were treated like dirt.We are going to switch our baby registry to a different store.

They have such a variety of items to choose from and they are willing to special order items for you.

Check out people are good, but the people wandering around in the aisles that are supposedly there to help tend to chat each other up more than they actually help the customer. Otherwise, good pricing and decent selection.

In this store it is difficult to find basic items. The displays arent as nice as other Bed Bath & Beyond stores. I really miss the Linens N Things store.

Store is laid out nicely and organized well. Bottom line of this review is that this place had terrible management at the time I visited. The organization of the store makes me think I just was unlucky enough to visit when the B-Squad was working.Went in at 5 pm on a Sunday afternoon. Browsed for awhile and counted 5 customers in the store including myself. 3 employees in a back section were loudly talking about the drama at home one of them was experiencing. Made for interesting listening as I browsed the back half of the store.Found one item I wanted to purchase and went up front to buy it. 4 employees (2 cashing out a register, and 2 checking out customers) were working and 2 customers were checking out ahead of me. It took 5 minutes and 13 seconds to get to a cashier to check out, and that was after I stood there long enough to notice that I was waiting too long and pull out my phone to time it. As I was waiting a lady comes up and grabs a radio from behind a counter and pages someone to come assist at the checkout, she pages someone by name so Im assuming she worked there. When nobody comes, she starts loudly complaining about how the three girls in the back just talk all the time and never work, so maybe shes an off-duty manager. When someone finally comes up front, the off-duty manager has that person check her out, never mind me or the 2 other customers now behind me who were waiting to check out before she arrived. She checks out and leaves the store before either of the two customers in front of me are done (they werent buying much), and the girl who was cashing out a register finishes that and is the one who finally checks me out.Easily one of the most disorganized dumpster-fire management teams Ive been unfortunate enough to witness. I used to mystery shop as a side gig and have seen a lot of mismanagement, this one would rank right up there on top.

I went to Bed Bath & Beyond to get a bridal shower gift for a friend. I went to the dishware area to find something off my friends registry and right away I was asked by two employees if I needed any help. I showed them a few items I was looking for on my phone and they informed me that this particular collection was only available online. One employee (I believe her name was Katy) offered to print off the registry so I could see which items were available in-store. The two employees were a younger man and woman, I didnt catch the mans name but they were both extremely friendly and helpful. Ive only been to this store one other time and these two employees made my experience. Thank you!

Bed, bath, kitchen but not as much beyond. Bought a stove top griddle, nothing too exciting. I guess of youve got babbies you can buy baby stuff there too. Used to stock more knick knacks stuff now its mostly just household stuff for women. Drop the wife off and go wander somewhere else until shes done.
