The best owner and staff in the business. Fair prices, great customer service and reliable. I wouldnt trust my filthy bathrooms and entry rugs to anyone else!

Our experience with this company started off great. They were responsive and we felt as though it was a team effort. Unfortunately, one of our customers worked for a competitor, so we decided that we wanted to support that family. When we reached out to DustTex to buy our contact with and to tell them that it wasnt because of anything they did and we appreciated all that they did, we were met with a very abrasive email that we should support local businesses and not corporations because that takes money out of our local economy. Totally valid, I get where someone would say that, but that company pays their employee who then pays us for our services.After that email, we were quoted over $1,000 to buy out the rugs. After asking for a copy of the contract we saw that the correct amount should have been between $300-$400 and that my signature was actually forged onto one of the contracts. After calculating the buy out and sending it to the GM, we were then told that despite what the contract says, that it was $300-$400 per rug not total.It has been a disaster and a half. I am all for supporting local businesses but when you try to guilt trip businesses into staying with you solely based on the fact you are local, that isn’t a unique position. I also don’t think you treat people this way during the ending process, because we could possibly hate the service provided by the competitor and could have come back, but that definitely won’t be the case.I hope to be able to come back and edit this review to say that it ended up working itself out, but at this point, I don’t think that will be the case.
