My husband and I got our first real Christmas tree here this year. We were so excited, and the staff were very patient with us as we carefully selected our tree. They answered all of our questions, and they helped load and tie the tree to the top of our car. It was really easy and gave our holiday season a great start. There was also an incredibly cute cat wandering around, which definitely added to my delight.Before we had picked out a tree, we also took a moment to wander around the store. I loved the great variety of plants and tools available. I will definitely be coming back for plants when it is warmer! And I will always come here for my Christmas tree after our great experience.

We have used this company for over 30 years. The last 3 years they call and schedule services and then do not show up or cancel after the allotted appointment. One time, I could understand but multiple times is a poor way to do business. I miss the old Landscape Center that kept their word.

I needed help cleaning out of control weeds from my backyard. Waited 2 1/2 weeks for an appt for someone to look at my property. Was given a verbal quote that was more than I wanted to pay but was desperate. Left several messages & played phone tag before getting an emailed estimate that was even more than the verbal & it would 2 months before they could do the job. While waiting for the estimate, I reached out to 3 other companies, one of which called back. I received a letter from the city, someone complained about my yard & rightfully so. I was given 7 days to get my yard cleaned up, 3 were gone before I got the letter & 2 more were lost due to the weekend. I called & left a message about the notice from the city & asked if they could get to my . yard sooner. This was at 8:30. In the meantime, the other company came & looked at my yard knowing of my letter from the city. We discussed plans, cost & timing of the job. His verbal estimate was more than $1500 less than the estimate from Landscape & they could do massive clean-up within in days. Landscape calls me back at almost 6pm. I could not take the call. The voicemail left let me know he would be in the office the next day. When I called back, I again received voicemail.

I went there looking for cactus pots, because I got some new plants and needed to transplant some old ones. The girl at the register was so helpful as soon as I walked in. She showed me exactly where any of the cactus pots would be and was so friendly and courteous when I checked out. Thank you guys for having great customer service!

Huge selection! Employees are knowledgeable on the products, and how to maintain and care for them. You wont get lost by yourself, but you also wont feel pressured. Its a relaxing environment.

Paid for a yard of dirt....waited by the pile for 30 minutes. Called the office they said someone was coming. Waited another fifteen minutes, went back to the office and got a refund. Im paying my crew 20 dollars an hour to stand around while I waited for dirt.

I was helped by Josh when I was selecting trees. He was so helpful!!! (I had been there before and spoken to someone who didnt know much and actually gave me faulty information). I appreciated his help. I also had them install the trees which they did shortly after purchase (actually, Josh nailed it to the day). They called ahead of time to be sure I would be here. I know Alex was one of the trio of installers. I think Louis and Edwardo were the other two. They did a great job I am impressed!! Yah for Landscaoe Deisgn!!!

Excellent service, friendly and accommodating employees, and a wide variety of plants make shopping here a fun experience.

First, let me say I tried to pay my bill online; although I was able to store a payment method and order services, I wasnt able to find any tab, page, or icon with a mention of how to pay a bill. The cashier at the register said she didnt know that but offered I could call rather than drive to the store. I would have if I hadnt been out taking my dog to the vet I told her.This was my first visit to this business, and the store was beautifully made up for Christmas. I enjoyed seeing the nativities and different decorating trends like pink and tan, cardinals, and farmhouse. I was welcomed by a few employees and asked if I needed help. I saw some things I liked but none that I needed.I saw they had seed packets for a $1 from the Seed Savers Exchange. I may go back for some of those later. I noticed they had some flower bulbs on sale, too. I was surprised how many live plants they had at this time of year, and the Christmas cacti were beautiful.
