I shopped here today and was greeted when I entered. The gentleman was nice and helpful. The pretty lady was also friendly and knowledgeable. We struck up a great conversation after I found everything I was hoping for. I would recommend this store for any and all your party needs. I rarely have a need for these type of items but it’s good that I stopped. I honestly didn’t think I would get my list of items in one stop. Shop here first. The selection is far superior to Walmart

Disappointed with me gender reveal ballon.. paid $20 for a black ballon with pink Easter basket stuffing instead of actual confetti.

Fun place. Lots of cool items for party themes, along with a wiiiiddde selection for balloons. Plus they have costumes

Staff are very friendly. Excellent at helping. the store is looking kinda bare. There is a LOT of space to fill so it makes sense it would look that way, it just doesnt give a sense of success. I will keep going here because they are friendly and actively work to help you find your needed party stuff.

Didn’t seem like the girl chomping gum had worked in customer service for more than 1 day. Very unprofessional. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Went today to get my daughters birthday supplies. Things were great until my daughter (3) had to use the bathroom. Totally understand some things are closed due to Covid, but they have both bathrooms completely closed and when I asked to see if they could make an acceptation for a little one who can’t hold it very well it was stated that they are closed. Now I’m not sure what’s going on, Covid or not wanting to clean them, maybe no water? Wasn’t explained and was treated rudely for even asking. But it stunk because weren’t done shopping and had to leave. Really upsetting because I actually like the store and have been coming for a long time with 4 kids and events at work. But with attitude like that my business can be found elsewhere.

To inspire the party, staff could be more welcoming and stimulating; the location could be set up in a more inviting, original and festive way! ...otherwise it looks like the usual superstore where all is standardized!

Staff was helpful. They have a large selection of party supplies and balloons. Pretty expensive for the 3 helium balloons I got without even a weight.

They have items for many different themes and reasonably priced. The store is bright with wide isles. The staff was friendly and helpful.

My driver drove way under the speed limit and was weaving all over the road. Other cars asking him if he were ok. If it were not late I would have gotten out.Had my phone out to call 911.

Huge store with great selection of party supplies. Prices very competitive with Amazon, but available locally! Found what I was looking for very easily.

Halloween being right around the corner we went in for decorations and they had them. When we asked where to find something they walked us right over to it. Awesome place!
