Spectacular customer service as well as product knowledge that explained the billing/payment options very thoroughly. I originally went in just to switch over two lines from AT&T and wound up bundling both mobile lines with Home Internet for the same price I paid for just the two phone lines at AT&T. I was given one heck of a deal when I decided to throw in a new phone on top of all that. Money very well spent and I wish I would have gone this route sooner. Cant wait to see what else theyve got to offer.

They were very helpful and nice, considering that they had a new system which they had no training for.

The girl behind the desk acted like it was inconvenient to help me with my phone issue. She also implied that i might run away with my old phone after I got the new one. So insulted ! But they did take care of my problem after an hour.
