Visited the Sitka area and stopped in. Marshall and the crew were extremely nice and helpful. I dont understand all of the negative reviews (from the fall of 2020) - was there something going on during that time that had an influence on peoples reviews of this establishment? If YES, shame on them for trying to ruin a local business for reasons that have NOTHING to do with this store.

Good deals and they ship to the states. And they don’t let their fireworks get held up in Canada like the city for the most important holiday in the United States!!!

Great customer service. The owner Marshall was there when my husband bought his rifle. He is nothing like what these other reviews are saying. This man is a generous soul. He helps others so much that he sometimes has to go without. Their gunsmith was so helpful and VERY knowledgeable. I even learned a few tips on my weapon. Will definitely be doing all my Christmas shopping there.

If youre going to sell guns, at least know what youre selling. The guy helping me could not answer the easiest questions. Go elsewhere, its a waste of time

This place has grown tremendously in terms of offerings and services, it’s my go-to firearms shop for gun repairs and ammo. The staff is friendly and they do the best Cerakote work in Southeast Alaska, hands down. They only turn out quality work, no short cuts. Their prices are very reasonable, especially considering that we are on a small island in the middle of Alaska.

Family owned friendly and not what what ever the negative post say. Grow up everyone. Customer service ready as well. Highly recommend to buy your guns here.

Great friendly customer service, they offer a bunch of things from Gunsmiths, to cerakoting to Guns and accessories. They work well with out of town people to help get them the items they need.
