I’ve used this dealership before and didn’t have any major issues. But there was a notable lack of professionalism during my most recent visit. Both the service advisor and the cashier seemed like they were not really interested in quality customer service.I made an appointment but was there for just over three hours for a repair that I was told takes about 25 minutes. I had to go get the advisor after not being told anything for two hours. He was short with me and unapologetic.The cashier, who is quite attractive, was on her phone talking the entire time I stood in front of the window. She carried on with her conversation as if she wasn’t on the clock. Just an overall lack of professionalism. I’m disappointed because it was not like this in times past.

Me and my pregnant wife arrived ten minutes early for my scheduled appointment at 9:00 am and did not leave until 4:45pm. I made an appoint because my 2018 keep had a check engine light on and I have bumper to bumper warranty. Upon bringing my car in the service specialist had an attitude like I was annoying him for having to do his job. Explained the situation and he took my car. Four hours later and no information I called our service specialist to ask for a status update. Left a message for the individual and did not receive a call back for another hour. (So we are at 5 hours now). Once the service specialist called me back and explained what the technician found to be the issue, and that it was not covered under my warranty. I explained I had bumper to bumper and had all original sale documents. He said it did not matter because it wasn’t in the system. The price would be 1100 to fix the issue. When I said I had the original documents the service specialist went back and looked harder and did see my warranty and explained to me everything was cover accept my deductible. I agreed. After agreeing to the fix I waited for another hour before asking the service specialist again for a status update. He gave me such attitude and disrespect. He finally went to ask the technician for the status and found out he was not even working on it. Since he did not have the approval to pull the parts and complete the repair. Which was suppose to be initiated by the service specialist after we agreed over the phone an hour earlier. Once the technician had the approval he repaired the car in 30 minutes. The car was finished after 7 hours 45 min.I requested to speak with the service manager about his employee and the disrespect he showed me. The manager was the only positive part of the experience at this dealership. He was very polite and apologetic and he did try and make it right by giving my a credit for a future service there. However it did not make up for the time that was spent waiting and being disrespected by his employee. Not sure if I will even use this service credit as I do not ever want to return to this dealership. 30 minutes for estimated $1100 repair doesn’t seem ethical. Thank goodness I have a warranty.

Made an appointment for my Truck to get looked at. 3-4 days prior to bringing it in. Dropped my truck off at the scheduled day and time. I was following the stAtus online on where my truck was in the repair process. This is my work truck and couldnt afford to be down a truck. They had my truck for 7 days. No one even looked to figure out the problems. It could have been an easy fix but they didnt even bother. They checked it in and parked it. Whats annoying is that I made appointment and was was hoping my truck was going toBe looked at within 24 hours or so. It felt like I was ignored and forgotten about.

Booking online was straightforward and easy. I was able to book for the next day. The work was done in a timely fashion and it appears everything that I requested was complete.

I came in to get a new spare key and have it programmed. I paid $421 for this service and was upset that it cost $177 to just have the key programmed but I understand thats the service. I then asked them to look at my navigation system because it stopped working and they said they would have to charge me an additional $177 to look at it. This was extremely upsetting when I was already paying a very large amount of money for a service that took less than 30 minutes. I am a loyal customer and would expect a little break on fixing my navigation when I am already in the shop and pay a lot of money to Sherman Dodge each year. I will be posting reviews on other social media platforms.

Mike Murphy is the Service Rep who went out of his way to help me with the problem with my van. It was a problem that took a while to figure out, but, he didn’t give up. He is very professional and courteous. He kept me updated throughout the process too.

If I could give 0 stars I WOULD!First of the service advisor Christopher was rude and unprofessional!I made an appointment for 8am for an oil change! It took them 3 hours! 3 hours for an oil change! I’m not sure if they are overwhelmed because they have all the van from Amazon down the street but it’s completely unacceptable! I ask to speak with the manager and he was nowhere to be found!I will never comeback again, this was my first and last time here.

Very unorganized and very disappointed in my experience(s)! I bought my vehicle at this location. It’s had several severe problems and I’ve only had the vehicle for 1 1/2 months. It was given to me with no brakes on the right rear and front driver seat of my vehicle, There rotors were scraping within 1 1/2 months of purchase, and the ball joints and control arms were basically scraping the ground as well. The cars a 2016 and the car fax were given, but not reliable. Car was given to me without detailed (cleaning). Today I was given the run around. I had an appointment for 09/22 at 7:00am that was made the week before. I arrived at the time and was told the mechanics were a little late. They took my vehicle and tried to charge me $177 just for a diagnostic, when I already brought them the paperwork from Autozone (diagnostic) stating what needed to be fixed. I Then, Came to get my mass airflow censor repaired and was there until 4pm and still was given multiple run arounds. Stating I’d “have to pay $570 up front” “ There’s no financing available for the repair” and that my “ Warranty didn’t cover the expenses” I finally found a slip with the “sunbit financing company after they tried to make me pay $177 for not even repairing it and then stayed for two more hours just for them to not repair the Mass airflow censor and telling me that I’d have to go to a Nissan dealership after having my car there for over 8 hours…😒

The UR department there, and its sales staff, not all I assume, are very unprofessional, causing inconvenience, time, money, and great mental & physical aggravation, exhaustion, anxiety, etc. As well as the finance dept. I have experienced, bad attitudes, uncaring attitudes, been hung up on, ignored, phone calls not returned, improper handling of paper work.No one wanting to take responsibility for the wrongful acts done to there customers. Cavalier attitudes about what a customer should or shouldnt have to except when buying a car. Never have I experienced such problems with a car dealer. New care sales department & The Used Car department, and / Ur department, are like night and day. Its really a shame, and have witnessed several unhappy customers, disappointed, complaining of being deceived, mislead, etc. Changes are needed. I will pray for them all, in Hopes no one has to endure all that I have. And to this date, unsolved issues.
