Place was good but they overcharge. I had 2 filters changed and they added additional $50 for service charge. That’s ridiculous how they would charge that. Not sure if I will go back for those not needed charges.

Had a great experience my first time here. They were very patient as I added services through the day and showed up late to my appt time. Josh helped me check out and was great. I was having card issues and he stayed past closing to help make sure I got the card working and the best deals.

This morning my tires started to screeching, and I came into Just tires. The service was great & staff was nice & communicated effectively. I also liked the fact that he took me to actually see what was wrong with my car, normally that doesn’t happen especially because I am a woman. I would for sure recommend!!!!

I’m perplexed as to why the Just Tires location where I bought my latest set of tires wouldn’t check a tire pressure problem or replace a battery for less than $80. No service or smile given here. This explains why no one was breaking the door down to get in. No 3rd chance here. Never again. 🤯💸

All four tires switched out and fixed up in about 90min! Super fast and friendly service. The waiting area was very clean and I was able to work comfortably while waiting. Dropped the car off for a switch out for four new tires. Service was quick. There was a slight miscommunication regarding the recommended alignment, (and having now asked around, realize that it was an error on MY part), but when I expressed concern, they explained and accommodated without me even having to ask to make sure that I left feeling positive about my experience. I am very pleased with my new tires and feel good about finding this local shop right next to the studio where I work.

Went in today in very cold weather, tire indicator light went on last night. The gentleman that helped us inflated our tires and even fixed a faulty stem at no charge. There are very few businesses that will do this these days. I literally I literally cant think of one off the top of my head.I have had nothing but great experiences at this particular location and will make the drive from Chicago every time.

Danger do not go to this place they have excessive prices and hidden costs.

I had my 4 brand new tires, they charged me 300 $ just for installation, balancing and wheel alignment, which is Extremely Overpriced. This was the first and last time I go to this place again, Shame!

I had tires replaced. Service was actually fine. The gentleman inside was professional beyond professional. The individual from whom I got my car ruined the whole experience. I had two quick questions. Upon trying to ask my second question he kept walking away and waved his hand in the air, shooing me away. Really bad attitude after making a decent impression.

Had a flat and stopped in for a repair. Turns out, I had a loose air nozzle so they tightened it, filled it and installed it in under 30 minutes. All at no charge! Great customer service and fast, helpful staff!

Easy access plenty of parking. Comfortable waiting area and free bottled water or coffee. Friendly service just a bit of a wait. Its a first come first served kinda place. Good deal on alignments highly suggest gett3 a 3 year warranty because chances of needing a alignment is pretty good and they have a excellent deal on a warranty. I forgot I had a warranty and was pleasantly surprised I didnt have to pay because I was proactive several years ago and got a warranty!!

Took my mercury Mariner paid $80 for 1 time wheel alignment they did a good job. Took my Ford escape paid 169 for 3 years wheel alignment they could not get it right took 3 attempts and yet still not perfect but better than the last 2 time I went. Still my spot to get a wheel alignment and value for the price

For a company called “Just Tires” you would think they could install tires without bending the rim! Yep, they bent a rim while trying to install a new tire. They then said they could replace it later that afternoon...but then it was the wrong color! Now have to go back yet again next week to finally resolve the issue. What should have been an easy installation...has turned into a complicated process with 3 trips to the store...and a significant waste of time!

So updating my review looks like there is a new manager on top of his game cracking the whip quality seems much better on the way to pick up my truck now they where fast so lets see how this goes.a good manager makes a world of difference

Had a leak in a tire that I needed fixed. Called ahead the guy who answered was nice and answered all my questions. Went in later that day to get it fixed at a reasonable price. They didnt try to upsell me anything which I appreciated. Done in timely fashion. Other customers were....Im not sure how to put this....there was a lot to be desired in the respect public spaces department.In and out no issues.

Excellent service. Had an issue with my older model Volvo tire and corroded rim. The Skokie,IL team was instructive and patient in helping me find the right rim, though there was little benefit on their end. Fully endorse this shop!

They didnt oversell me. I got my tire fixed vs replaced. The work was done properly and quickly. The team made an extra effort to install the washer fluid I purchased at a near by Walmart while I was waiting on the repair. Not something I needed, but a nice little extra to make my life better. Im a happy customer.

I went in for my breaks when I started hearing funky noises and it wasnt from my radio. Now I can confidently speed wherever I go knowing that my breaks function properly when need be thanks to the talented hands of Kenneth.Also the guys at the front were friendly, too. I believe they were Kenny and Cha. All of them work together as a well oiled machine.

Thoroughly unimpressive tire shop. Prices always seem to climb higher. A simple tire patch costs $40? I even got charged to dispose of motor oil there, which has never happened before. There usually is a wait, even if the lobby is empty.The work they do is fine (if youre patient), so no knock on the actual skill of the folks working there, but its just kind of miserable to feel sticker shock and on top of it feeling as if there is no value add.I guess thats the problem with a tire shop like that. They have to make money on the small stuff because you arent going to be bringing it in when you need something major fixed.

By far the best experience Ive had when shopping for tires. Ask Tony any question when it comes to tires and hell always have a detailed answer for you. I will return here to get my oil changed and any other service taken care of, all because of how knowledgeable and efficient these guys work. Highly recommend to my friends.

Had installed two brand new tires a day before my long trip from Chicago to Toronto. Tire Pressure warning pops up on route to a unnecessary stop which waste my 20 min to get back on track. And then i had a bad accident with deer right after 1 hr, luckily my family is save. If I wouldn’t have made that stop, I may not have a accident. My car was totaled now. Would strongly recommend this place to check the pressure or do the right job. People’s life r at risk because of the minor error. Wont going back to this place anymore.

The service I received was top notch. Very knowledgeable and efficient. They arrange transportation for you if you need to get to work and your car will be getting worked on.

Very nice place, wgn on the TV and nice and quiet while they get work done. Only if about it was my alignment was done with my crappy hub caps on. How thats exact Im not exactly sure. No car problems so far :)

Service was excellent and affordable! I came in for a standard tire patch after getting a nail in my front left tire. Cholino took great care to explain everything thoroughly, made reasonable suggestions for repair, brought other repair issues to my attention without being a pushy salesman, and was a stellar example of a customer facing representative for Just Tires.

Friendly, polite, and efficient. Cholino was very kind and helpful and the staff had my tire patched up and ready to go only half an hour after I arrived for my appointment.

This is a new place, I was comparing two just tires locations and ended up here because they explain me every detail on online price. They have really cool waiting room here and employees really friendly and tried help me with more issues with my car. Good place for oil change and tires. Congrats to whoever is the manager of the place.

Superb customer service and excellent prices. I have been to this store on a few occasions.... They special ordered alloy wheels and tires for my girlfriends car. They alloy came the next day were about 70% less than the car dealers price! The tires sold to us were 65% less than dealer prices and were better tires too! Most recently, the car dealer wanted $399 to install a battery in a 2016 Hyundai Elantra. Josh, absolutely a great guy, had the battery installed for $150. This an outstanding store.

Do not do business with this place!I purchased a new tire here and they stripped my lug nut and didnt inform me. By the time I got home the new tire went flat because they didnt tighten the valve stem. I had to pay to get the lug cut off. It was a total nightmare in addition to the sub-zero temperature.Avoid this place!

They do a fine job with tire patches and the like and they can take you right away most of the time,3. The events below as they relate to my alignment are unfortunate. I did take the car to my dealer and they were able to align it.******************Called in for the price of an alignment for my car (told them what I drive) they said $100. Got to the store and they said it was $129, my car is special. I guess having 4 wheels on a car makes it special. Whatever, I was there already and they agreed to take $10 off.So they do an alignment and immediatly I notice it pulls right off the road. I bring it back the next day and they try again. Next day the car pulls again.Im here now again (for the 3rd time) and want a refund. They say they have to do it again before they can refund me. Im sure the third time wont be a charm, but I jump through their hoops nonetheless.Im not holding my breath. They gave me a refund but cant fix my alignment, blamed it on my new tires, huh? The short is that the $20 you save by coming here instead of the dealer is definitely not worth it.

Went for a regular oil change waited over an hour. ....they do keep record of you in the system so you do get serviced fast when checking in. They didnt talk much to me tho.

Cho was a great help! He explained what they will do to fix my tire from a nail puncture and how long it will last etc. definitely recommend coming to this location and asking for Cho!

Tried Just Tires for the first time and realized that is was a BIG mistake. Not only was the store manager and employees rude but they were dishonest and disingenuous with their service. Went in for an oil change two weeks ago before going on a trip to St. Louis. On my way back to Chicago from St. Louis, my undercover (plastic underneath the car) that protected my engine had detached. I called Just Tires to explain to them that my car is a little over 1 year old, and there is no reason for the undercover to completely detach unless the technician touched it. The manager basically alluded that I was an idiot and did not know what I was talking about. He also raised his voice and spoke about me to his employees. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. Definitely will not be advertising per word of mouth and never will return again.

It feels like theyre taking advantage of people in stressful situations. The employee I encountered didnt bother to examine the tire before declaring it cannot be repaired, only replaced for nearly $200. I decided to leave and get my flat fixed for $20 from the body shop at the corner of Western & Touhy.

I stumbled across this place on accident during one of my Walmart trips. I had been looking to get new tires for a while and was shopping around for prices. I had gotten a quote from pepboys for some continental tires. For the same price at Just Tires i was able to get better quality Goodyear tires, and a three year aglinment. Cholino and Matt took care of me in a fast and timely manner.

So I gotta an update there is a new manager over there and seem to be on his game cracking that whip I had bad experience with them a few times in the past which stop me from going but Im glad I gave them another chance new manager makes a world of difference.so will be going back from now on.

They are absolutely horrible and DANGEROUS! They installed new tires and breaks on my car. 6 weeks later we nearly got into a bad accident because the breaks failed. They never bolted down the breaks. DO NO EVER GO HERE. You will regret it.
