Friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff. This target was clean and well organized. I would definitely recommend this store.

Order an online item and when I arrived I noticed the small parking lot the store is also very small, but does have the basic essentials. I would not go there if Im looking to browse and try to find exclusive items.

Taral was a terrific help today. Had a split seam and had to buy replacement jeans. She was totally helpful and great with suggestions in my time crunch. Amazing lady!!

Target was great until they recently started selling cloth-based items embedded with slippery silicone. I bought 2 towels and they both had the super slippery silicone oil residue. Bought shorts and a shirt - both had heavy silicone slippery deposits. Laundering multiple times wont take it out. It spreads to other clothes, putting slippery residue onto your good clothes. These cloth items are probably from China, where they douse things with cheap silicone to prevent machines from jamming up.

Great place to shop. Convenient and quick (in and out in 10 mins) place to shop with low prices.

Can’t say enough good things about this Target. Even though it’s smaller it has everything I usually need and is easy to navigate. Employees are helpful and friendly, store is clean, drive up pick up is amazing!

This is a very very nice store. All the staff are friendly and are there to help when needed.

Went into the store looking for some groceries, however, there were a few items that I wanted to purchase here that were either approaching the Best by date or the items were WAY past the expiration date (Larabars by the snacks/bars section). Makes me wonder if the management at this store even bothers to rotate their products.

Store was NOT clean. No hand sanitizer was provided to customers. Cashiers directed people to self checkout lanes, where customers were touching counters and keypads. Cashiers should be ringing purchases themselves - and assure customers practice social distancing. Staff did not clean self checkout registers properly - and they did not manage social distancing protocols. Not shopping here again.

THIS IS NOT A FULL SIZE TARGET - there is limited selection and is comparable to the small Target stores in Chicago. This Target is more for convenience rather than shopping.

I never picked up my order and it was marked as picked up and never got money back for it. I am tired of fighting for my hard earned money. lost my money and time.

The Manager (Prescilla) of this store was horridly rude. I purchased an item online. I received a confirmation message. When I came to the store and this item was NOT in stock, The manager was absolutely Disrespectful and UnProfessional.

BAD EXPERIENCE at this TARGET.The Manager BLANCA with BAD HYGIENE was VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL .The handicapped associate Jacob was trying to help but couldn’t resolve the issue as it was escalated to upper management.NOTHING WAS RESOLVED. There electronics is all 2nd hand so don’t risk purchasing. I new I made a mistake coming into this cheap place that don’t know how to do business with the public and just hire anyone off the streets. SHAME ON YOU TARGET.

Everyone in this store was extremely friendly and helpful. Annoka was awesome and noticed two of my cucumbers were going bad and had two others brought over without me asking. Really appreciated her going above and beyond so I wasn’t disappointed when I got home. The best Target I’ve been to in a while. Keep up the good work guys!

Nice womens clothing at good prices, but it wouldve been nice to have a full size Target in the neighborhood. I have stopped at this store one more than one occasion for specific items that arent available at this location. Its difficult to figure out what might be available at this location or not available.

What is this and why is this necessary. its like target and 7/11 had a child that no one ever asked for. too small. too expensive. rude staff. want to give it a better review but unfortunately all of my experiences have shown me otherwise. love target. not this target.

Convenient location and very easy to find things you need.

I do not know Im not a big fan of this style of store. I can see the appeal for target and it is quicker if you want to run in and out. Its so frustrating though to now know if they will carry something, I rather go an extra 5 minutes to the bigger store.

Like...why did Target even bother constructing this?? It’s not a Target Express, the “aisles” are a joke. The Christmas items barely made up an end cap. The largest section was tech which was a glorified phone store. I would love to find out who planned this store and the layout.Do yourself a solid and find another Target.

Store is very clean, respectable of issued guidelines and ordinances.

Keep in mind, this is a City Target. It doesnt have the full selection. AKA a compact Target- sells a bit from each dept. Perfect For those quick trips, but dont expect them to have EVERYTHING. If youre looking for something specific call first.

I witnessed the most disrespectful manager at this target. Blanca the manger was so ignorant and unprofessional to customers I just walked out. Yeah walked away from people that treat others bad. Target get your whatever together.

This is not a full sized target but they carry almost everything you could want. It is worth it to have a bit less of selection because it is really easy to get in and out of and is much quicker if you need to buy just a few items.

I was buying mens shorts for my husband at this Target on Dempster, found a great deal. Shorts where on sale for $10.00 reduced from $12.00 originally $15.00! When I got to the register it came up $15.00 so I told the lady there is a big sign that says Champion for $10.00 she says no theres not and went to go check. (My mistake I should have went with her,) because when I went back to look the sign was gone! It was just there a minute ago. No she said its been gone for a while. I asked to see the manager and the attitude changed and led me back to the register thinking she would give me it for $10 but no she gave it to me for $12.00. I gave up and venting here. Manager beware your one cashier are pretty shady. Target on Dempster you a least owe me $2.00!!!!!

I was there tonight to do an online purchase price match (bought the item a few days ago), and the store manager at first said they don’t do price match for black Friday’s (btw, they don’t have this info online), and then said they need the receipt (even though I showed them all the info from the online account as well as order detail in the email), and then they said they need the actual item in stock to do the price match. Eventually after roughly 30 min back and forth, they sent me to the Glenview target where they have the actual item in stock. When I got to the Glenview Target, the staff there told me the online receipt was sufficient and they don’t need the actual item, and they did the price match for me in 5 min. It was such a night and day experience. I really hope the Skokie Target would get some serious training for their managers and staff, and get up to date on the technology so they can better help their customers.

I AM A TOTAL TARGET LOVER BUT THIS EXPERIENCE AT THE SKOKE STORE ON DEMPSTER CHANGED MY OPINION. PURCHASED A LARGE MISSONI SUITCASE AT THEIR DESIGNER SALE AND IT BROKE THE 1ST TIME I USED IT. THEY LOOKED AT ME AND SAID THERE IS NOTHING THE CAN DO. WHO DOES THIS? NOBODY IN RETAIL WOULD DO THIS BUT ESPECIALLY TARGET? THE MANAGER AND 2 SALES PEOPLE WERE USELESS. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF ANY RETAIL STORE NOT STANDING BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT.

Prices are reasonable and the store is clean and organized. They have self checkout. And I love that I can walk there from my house. They have groceries too which is a plus.

I get legit angry at Google maps when I realize that my request to navigate to the closest Target, has resulted in this location.I wish that maps had a block feature, so that I could prevent this type of error in the future.This is essentially a Target branded convenience store.Theres very little in the way of choices, but they did try to squeeze in as many departments as they could into such a small space.If you are used to stopping into your neighborhood Walgreens or corner store to grab things at a higher pricing for convenience.... this is the store for you.

I dont normally shop at target. But I like that its fully stocked even though its a small version of a regular target . I like that it has the friendliest staff Ive seen around . My wife gets off at the swift and its convenient that its right there for whatever little things we need to pick up on the go .

I agree with the others. The aisles are way too small to be walking around in with small children. Then shoppers have the audacity to look at you like garbage for bringing along other children. Im glad they built this because I live just around the corner. I just maybe wished they had made it 2 stories. The employees are kind.

The Skokie Target is the most convenient Target store to my home. I would believe it is also very convenient to Skokie Swift travelers. I am sure that if you chose a sale item not in the smaller store, they would accommodate you by shipping it to the Skokie store for your convenience.

Very little choices very rude un helpful staff and everything is about 3 times its normal price tried to find a kombucha I like after 2 employees telling me they did not carry it I found it. All clothing is from a company called coal and is outrageously expensive plus isles are tiny and layout is very odd to say the least. target should never have opened this and I hope to see a Walgreens, CVS or anything thats not a mini target in its place in the future.

I usually dont write a bad comment but as a retail store manager i needed to mention their bad customer service. I was looking for a luggage scale and there were two male employee who were talking, when they saw me they look away instead of asking me if i need help with something so i approached and ask them if they have the item and one of them just said no without even trying to look for it. I found my item in the next isle. Tried to talk to the manager, couldnt find her/him. Big disappintment!

This is a new store; its Associates are not yet up to speed, though management is able to cure most of their deficiencies.Prices between local Target stores should be the same! Unfortunately, this is not the case!

Rude staff here, I had a 100% full cart and the cashier told me I had to do the self checkout option and refused to ring me up himself and then stood and watched me. This target is very, very small also. I won’t be going back.
