Every time I come to this store, which is not very often anymore, the employees are just either rude, unfriendly, and/or not helpful. In all fairness it may not be all of them, but the ones I have encountered were like this.

Thank you Trude for washing the display pan for me before I bought it. I was glad that I was able to see it cleaned up before I bought it and I know that is a big favor to ask. Store seems to be in need of more staff though.

I was 1 of 2 customers in the store and couldnt get any assistance at all. After waiting 6 min I took my business to Sur la Table.

I feel like it keeps getting more expensive but quality keeps declining. The sales are not even what they used to be.

It is a fun shop to browse in but not so much to buy in. I try to buy in person and prefer it even it means paying a bit more, but when your items are so consistently priced higher than online especially being a chain, it looses the appeal quickly. Nice to browse though

Great help in setting up an event at the store. Nice to get help in finding what you need. There are also some discounted items that I was curious about @20% off. Just the right place to upgrade your kitchen with.

This location is severely understaffed . 20 minutes in line on the New Year Day? Out of all the stores we shopped at that day, only WS had this problem with service. Before Christmas i purchased a coffee maker and received $30 coupon to use towards my future purchases . When I came back and tried to apply this “rewards money”, the cashier didn’t know how to use it . So, after spending 20 minutes in line and another 10 by the register, I was told that this coupon is not valid if buying discounted items. Very frustrating. Waste of time. Besides non existent customer service, this location is desperately in need of more space. It feels claustrophobic in there.

Very friendly and helpful staff! We were looking for a new coffee machine, and the ladies seemed very knowledgeable and helpful, they even made fresh coffee for us, just to show us how the coffee machine works.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I ordered something online that was available in store and ready for pickup. I called the store to check the status of said item, and customer service told me it wasnt ready for pickup but they had one in store and tried to push me to cancel my order and repurchase it in store instead. Since I had just opened up a WS credit card online and had a bunch of promos applied to my big ticket item for doing so, I declined repurchasing it in store because I didnt want to complicate the situation. Minutes later, I get an email saying the store cancelled my order. Now, trying to reinstate said order has been a complete nightmare. What shouldve been a simple online purchase has turned into the worst shopping experience of my life. 3 hours of phone calls with incompetent customer service reps and counting... Never shopping Williams Sonoma again.

There are little touches that enrich your life. Utensils, stemware, decor that set the mood and tone. Cookware the right weight, fit or color for your gourmet kitchen. Crystal, fine china for dining. The right barware for your appertif or digestif. That is the value of Williams Sonoma. Tools for discriminating shoppers in search of the very best to complement their lives. Anytime. Not just at holidays. Preparing, processing, cooking, serving. Arts to be mastered. For times remembered. Food savored. Something as simple as color coded knives. Not just utilitarian. Unconscious reminders how to process food. All of their merchandise becomes objects of desire. I like to close my eyes, softly intone its name- just for fun - before entering. Very upscale. However hypnotic, a few caveats. Its not perfect. Nothing here is ever cheap however much the discount or sale. Thats not why you come here. Its an opportunity to find exactly what you are looking for. No matter how well trained and knowledgeable a staff, no one knows what you want better than you First browse. Then do your homework to be sure. Then come back. Love this store. It just helps you enrich your life.

Staff is rude and not welcoming when walking in. The ladies who check out us customers have no manners. Overall, staff need me to be more kind and courteous towards their customers.
