Couldnt have had a better experience and I owe it all to Ernest. Polite, professional, cleaned up his work area.. Those are just a few things that I can say say about Ernest who made the service call.

Had used MC Glass a few years ago to cut a large mirror in half and bevel the edges. They did a great job with the mirror. This time we needed 4 glass double pane windows with almond color muntins/grids replaced. They measured the 4 window glass and told us the manufacturer they deal with usually only has white muntins but theyll check and let us know. 9 days later we havent heard anything so we call MC Glass they said Ben will call back, 13 days later still no call back so we call again and this time they just tell us manufacturer only has white. It sounded like he either forgot or didnt follow through with checking on our window issue. Would have been great if they would just give us a courtesy call instead of us chasing them for an answer and leaving us hanging for 3 weeks. MC Glass does good work but customer service not so much.

I do not like being in a room filled with sharp pieces of glass, but I love going to MC Glass! For unexplainable reasons, I find myself going there a lot.The people who work there are kind,and there is a folksy,relaxed feel to the place. The workroom isnt separated from the sales area,so one of the most wonderful things is watching the craftspeople at work. They have been doing this a long time,and make the job seem effortless. I hope there isnt a lot of broken glass in your life, but if there is you will be happy that you spent some time at MC Glass!

Ben and company can custom cut glass or mirror any way you would like. As an interior designer, I always consult with them for their expertise about my glass or mirror projects. Always an excellent experience with them. They know!

Spoke with Ben to advise him that MC Glass has never claimed their business on Google. Ben said he doesnt care about his google listing and new customers as he has all of his old customers for business. I offered to remove this listing for Ben but he didnt care and said his business wasnt worth it.

Good honest advise. They could not help me with my discontinued product, but took the time to think about the problem and point me in the right direction. If you need screen or glass work, this is a good choice.

I love these guys. My wife and I ordered a custom cut mirror from MC Glass bathroom. They couldnt have been more courteous, and their prices were very fair. Our mirror was ready in only three days despite them saying it might take a week to 10 days. When we got it home we noticed a minuscule bubble in the middle of the mirror. It was really tiny, but we knew it would drive us nuts. We brought it back to them and they took it back without question or hesitation AND apologized. Two days later we got a new replacement from them free of charge, perfect and ready to go. We will definitely be coming back for future purchases.
