Yes, I bought a Peloton here that was delivered in the beginning of the year. The major selling point were the Scenic Rides.Well, this month they suddenly cut almost all of the ride destinations, and eliminated the competitive interactive performance program used as a measurement. Bait and Switch.Now missing is your ride history, “how well you are doing” vs best rides, a leaderboard, and in-ride pace in comparison to other logged on riders. Gone are the goals I had for improvement in keeping myself in shape.I called customer service: Please don’t get rid of something very valuable to many of us customers. I was told they wanted riders to join the instructor-led classes like everyone else.Great. Now instead of seeing places in the world I can’t visit due to the pandemic, I get an instructor yelling at me in a studio. The Peloton I have has become an expensive clothes rack taking up space in a small room. I should have gotten a Norditrack.Perhaps this branch can send the message of frustration and disappointment to the top of the ivory tower.

It seems the bikes are in such demand I felt like the salesperson wasnt interested in selling the bike but just answered questions that I came with. Didnt turn on a bike, no practice ride (it could be sanitized after each use) no much of anything
