Ridiculous prices in general especially the deep naan. Compared to other shops they’re too expensive.

Badri Foods is tiny gem tucked away on Lincoln Ave in Skokie. Unknown to most they are suppliers to most major Indian/Pakistani grocers. A small amount of fresh produce, freshly made snacks, a labyrinth of groceries and frozen food items. They even started selling fresh meats. Customer service is excellent! Im not giving the full 5 stars because the parking lot is very small and difficult to maneuver with more than 3 cars. Perhaps they should consider relocating to bigger venue. However, I highly recommend them.

I had a WORST EXPERIENCE EVER with Badri foods!!first they told me that full goat is 19lbs so I ordered half a goat, in my calculations the half goat should be 9.5lbs. When I arrived there they said the total weight of goat is 19.50lbs I accepted and moving forward when they gave me the ticket it says 10.50lbs. It does not make any sense 19.50lbs half is 9.75lbs then how did they say that is 10.50lbs. After all when they weight my bag the total weight was 8.25 I asked himwhat about the rest, he said that was wastage and I threw that away. I was shocked that you’re actually charging me for 10.50lbs and giving 8.25lbs however I ordered for half a goat which should be 9.75lbs. If you say that you’re a Muslim then ACT REACT AND BEHAVE like Muslim.

This is my favorite grocery store. Great variety if fresh produce. Great variety of ethnic cuisines. Great service. Also, of course, the fun Greek music which I too rarely hear and always enjoy.

Most of the things are available and close by. Dont have to go all the way to Devon. Nice and friendly staff.

Wow! If I could give 10 stars I would! What an amazing selection and staff! I felt very welcomed! The store is so clean and organized! The manager was so polite and patient with our questions and kind to my son ❤. He gifted him a treat upon seeing his excitment to be experiencing shopping there😁They make home made foods that are simple to fry or heat at home. Our favorite new discovery is the sweet treat called gulab jamun sandwich. Which is again fresh made! The store is alot bigger inside than it appears from outside. With being stuck locked down it has been amazing to find such a wonderful store and patient staff to help us find new and tasty foods to enjoy! We are so excited to shop again!
