This is my dream store for comfortable shoes. Not only are they comfortable they are fashionable stylish classy and durable. I have my eye on the ifla crisscross slides. I will be returning to get them. The prices are on the high end for the shoes but for the durability of the shoe it is worth it. I cant wait to come pick up my shoes!

Went to this mall while visiting some family in Chicago, and wondered into this store just to browse and out of curiosity since they told me their shoes are all made of leather! Unlike other stores, I received an immediate greeting from the girl that was at the counter. She had other customers but managed to answer our questions and help us out without making us feel like an annoyance or rushed! The quality of the shoes are amazing!! The sizes are european which I found interesting but both my mother and I ended up buying a pair. You get your moneys worth!! Trust me! So thank you once again to Betsi (I hope I spelled that correctly) for the help and attention! Its nice to have received an excellent customer service experience at a shoe store; definitely recommend!!

On May 11, 2021 my 89 year old Mom and I went shopping at Ecco in Westfield Old Orchard in Skokie, IL and my Mom loved this pair of shoes (white sandals) but they were out of her size... but they promised she will get it in the mail within 5 days so she paid $80 with credit card. Well, it has been almost 7 weeks now and it still has not arrived. I called 4 weeks ago about it and they said they couldn’t find the order and asked if they could call back in a couple of days. Four days later they called saying they found it but it is in Florida and that my Mom will get it within a week. Well, it never arrived so I called again 2 weeks ago and they said they will call back in a couple of days. To this day, they never called back and my Mom still has not received the shoes in the mail which leaves both of us very disappointed and upset. My Mom then called a couple of days ago asking for a refund, they said she’d have to come to the store in person in order to get the refund which I thought wasnt right. The whole thing is just upsetting. I will be filing an complaint with Better Business Bureau.On top of this, I went to the store 2 weeks ago to drop off my Mom’s pair of gym shoes (that she also bought on May 11) for a refund of $170 and this manager, Betsy, gave me an attitude right from the very beginning as if I was a criminal for returning the shoes. She was horrible that I left the store shaking. I have never ever experience being treated like this in a retail store. My Mom and I will never ever go back to that store in Old Orchard mall ever again.

Great experience! Have looked forever for some good winter boots and have had the hardest time finding ones that are quality. Saleha was so helpful in finding me not only good warm boots, but ones that matched my style and fit well! She happily went back multiple times to get me different styles and sizes and I ended up with a pair that I really love and are perfect for what I need! Quality shoes and AMAZING customer service!

I called the store looking for a specific pair of shoes for a relative that was flying out the next day. The woman immediately knew which show I was talking about without even needing an item number! Though they were out of stock of his size, Saleha was able to find that another store in the area had one left, and asked them to hold it for us to pick up. Great experience, thank you!

Great service, had to order the shoe and even checked to see if the shoe was discounted 50% which is was and was pleasantly surprised.

Sad that I have to rate a store in Old Orchard Mall as a bad review. What ever happened to great customer service? You were hired to WORK so do your job... If your a new worker get some help from your manager! Awful service! Never ordering from Ecco or visiting this store because of taking 20 minutes returning a online order.

Rude attitude and hostility from an old fat black sale representative. Cashier ID 2842!!!!Absolutely no people skills, she seemed agitated and angry every time I asked her to bring another style or a different size. In the end I asked for help from a different rep but that obnoxious women still got a credit for that sale. Very disappointing, I probably wont come there again. Very rude and disrespectful sale person.

They gave us the wrong shoe size but we asked for 39 and they gave us 40
