I have been in the massage biz for 22 years, and I have been using this company for about 20. Love their products and love the staff. If I could give them more stars I would!

Very poor customer service, the guy on the phone was as rude as they come. What kind of business doesnt care about saving money so they can pass it along to there customers. I will personally never recommend them to anyone.

I was introduced to Natural Formulations by my clinic instructor in massage school 9 years ago. I love, love, love their products. Im partial to the simple massage lotion. Its great and all my clients love it too. Ive used many other products by NF and been thrilled..try the Frankincense & Myrrh hand and body lotion...you wont be disappointed! This company has superb customer service, ships fast and stands behind their products. You can even get samples to try before you buy. Highly Recommend!

Great products for the most part. I was very happy with the quality of the lotions I ordered until I ordered the Herb Naturals Massage Lotion. It smelled like mayonnaise. I called and talked to the owner, Bill, about it. He didnt seem terribly concerned and told me to ship it back and he would refund me for the cost of the product. He refused to refund me for shipping (which is high$). I left the conversation not happy and plan to take my business elsewhere. Customer service is very lacking. I found Bill to be defensive and prefer to support businesses that are more caring for customers.

Ive been using this company for all of my base oils for over 10 years. Twice I had a concern about what I had ordered and it was handled without any hassle. I love that a real person always answers the phone, and they are knowledgable about their products.
