We were in the market for a power lift chair and called Amir. He was so kind and knowledgeable about the chairs and the price was fantastic.The moment we walked in the store the first thing they did was adjust my mothers walker and put gliders on it. We didnt even purchase the walker from them. They really went above and beyond. The best customer service weve experienced in a long time.They just delivered the chair and my mom loves it.When we need any medical supplies in the future we wouldnt go anywhere else.

Amin has gone out of his way to discuss the quality of the masks and face shields Koeber has sourced and is carrying. We also appreciate the fair prices being charged for these important items.

We made last minute plans to go out of town and needed to get a medical scooter in short order. Koebers went out of their way to get us a scooter and get us on our away as quickly as possible. They were extremely helpful and great to work with!

I recently suffered an injury to my hand. I found that a specific brand of bandage worked best for my condition, though it was difficult to find. Koebers Medical Supply not only stocked that bandage, but went out of their way to make sure I got it. Kudos for customer service!!!

Nicest store owner I have ever met. He was friendly and had the medical supplies I needed. He even fixed my stethoscope and gave me a couple small items free of charge. I also liked that he had a sense of humor. Definitely made my stressful day a lot more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend him to everybody.

So, I walked into Koebers this afternoon with a heavy-duty wooden cane that I had purchased elsewhere and was simply too long. I was hoping that the store attendant would at least let me know what a proper length might be.After the gentleman (owner?) determined that the cane was about 1.5 inches too long, he simple took it into the back room and cut it down to size -- at no cost.Outstanding service!

THE OWNER, AMIR, TURNED OUT TO BE THE NASTIEST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE. HE ACTS LIKE A COMPLETE MASSOGENIST TOWARDS WOMEN.

Customer service was great. The associate was knowledgeable of the supplies being offered. However after doing further research on the item I needed... I found the same and similar items at less than half the cost I paid.The price was $49.99 with tax it came out to $55.11. All other med supply stores including Walgreens was $20-$30 less in cost.

They were very accommodating and came when they said they would to drop off and pick up. They also helped put my bedroom back together. Thanks!

Seriously, I called to ask a question, I stated my question clearly, guy says no we dont carry that and HANGS UP ON ME! I had other questions for items. I work for a contractor and we adjust homes as people age. I will NEVER CALL THIS PLACE AGAIN and I suggest you stay away as well. Customer service should still be number one and I am tired of places that have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. ZERO STARS.

The Staff working the day that I went into the store was fantastic. They acknowledged me as I entered even as they were engaged with other customers.I phoned the day before asking for a specific item. They did have what I needed and agreed to hold it for me until the next day.When I arrived and asked about the item, it was in back of the counter attached witha post it note and my name.They allowed me to try The item in store and made the necessary adjustments to the device.In addition to my purchase, the sales associate agreed to rent me a piece of equipment for my upcoming trip.I found the staff willing to go above and beyond my particular medical equipment needs.I observed them to be, very knowledgeable of the various needs of the customers at the time I was waiting for assistance.CarlZoltan

Ive never needed medical supplies before, but due to recent leg surgery, my doctor ordered compression hose to aid healing. Because I believed the hose would be too difficult to get on, I instead purchased a thigh-high compression pad. Although I bought the correct pad size, I was unable to get the pad on past my calves. I went back to the store without my receipt, (which I had left at my office) expecting the owner to give me a problem. To my surprise, Amir, the owner, not only accepted the product for return to the manufacturer, but also assured me that Id have no problem getting into the compression hose. He allowed me to use his PRIVATE OFFICE as a changing room, so that I could try them on before purchase. Amirs sole concern was making sure that I got the right product. He is extraordinarily knowledgeable and well-educated, but its not just those things that makes him a great owner and Koebers a great store. Its apparent that above all else, Amir cares about his customers well-being and satisfaction. Also, as noted in other reviews, he is just a really good guy with a great sense of humor. As a side-note, its apparent that Amirs attitude permeates his staff, as my encounter with Kamran the day before was equally awesome. Though I hope to never-again need medical supplies, its nice to know that if I do, Koebers and its staff are available to help. Thanks again, guys!

Went here for a wrist brace. Owner was really nice and helped me find my size and knew the pros and cons of different types.

My tall husband went in to buy compression hose. The totally unprofessional staff sold him hose for women! Apparently there are new owners. They also were totally unwilling to help with insurance reimbursement for their overpriced goods.

June 18, 2018: excellent, EXCELLENT top-of-the-line service from the sales manager, Amir, who heightened my Rollator as needed, giving advice on its use. And, sold me a quad cane, as prescribed by my physician, with an affordable price. Was gracious, offered cold water during my shopping. My drive from Edgewater was definitely worth the trip. Thanks, Amir. Well shop with you again. If hes not the owner, he deserves a big raise!
