Hannaford to Go is the greatest asset to shopping 🛍.Delivery-persons are always friendly and contribute to this new service provided.This experience makes a normally mundane task, an efficient means of personal time management

I always find everything i look for. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Some things are a bit more expensive but i enjoy going there and the reward program is great. I use the pharmacy also its nice that they are friendly and know my name.

A dangerous place to get groceries.Employees are not sanitary or regularly wear gloves, hairnets, etc. or wash their hands. When brought to managements attention, they expressed that they didnt care.

Customer service was excellent an associate saw that we was looking for something and put us in the right direction.

I use the hannafords on the go and had a really great experience with that! The produce is always fresh and great looking! And I like the different plant-based foods that they now have! Staff is always friendly and willing to help out if you need to find something!

This place doesnt adhere to sanitary requirements. Watching employees prepare food bare handed with no PPE and without washing their hands or covering their face is a bit cringeworthy. Having a manager say that its an acceptable way for the employees to work is appalling. I stopped shopping here as a result.

Store and people working there are great. Yet I have to leave a negative review for the company. I am a foreign citizen. So when I came to the store to buy alcohol, I brought my passport. They refused to sell it to me on the grounds that they can only accept Canadian passports. That sounds like discrimination to me

This place needs more workers them poor women only.2 of them working and trying to keep up I commend them for the job that they had to endore.

Hannaford in Skowhegan ME is a wonderful place to shop. I know where most things are and when I cant find something I can ask an associate and they are more than happy to help. Its a friendly, well lit, comfortable place to shop. 🙂

Great selection, and the curbside pick-up worked well. Hopefully Farmington will get that soon.

Been using curbside pickup, really helpful! I like being able to shop directly from the weekly sales flyer. Most items are in stock, good variety. Easy to use coupons & pick up is a breeze.update: they finally fixed their app! You can now purchase and pay directly from app. Raising review from 4 to 5 Stars for Skowhegan location.

Deli counter leaves much to be desired!When I visit, I frequent the deli counter. I dont understand why, but the employees do not like to acknowledge customers. I actually found it more effective to call the deli department from my mobile phone while standing 10 feet from the counter when I am looking to place an order.And even when I place an order with the deli, they dont even respect the order - they put my order out on a shelf for any customer to take! I dont even try much, anymore - its easier to go next door to Walmart where theyre much more responsive.

Quality products at a reasonable price. I always know Im getting superior product and service when I shop at Hannaford.

This is how seriously this store is taking protecting their shoppers from the virus. As I stood in line at Hannaford, the young man tasked with being gatekeeper said masks are a requirement according to the Governor, but there are exceptions to that, its not like its a law. No one here is going to give you a hard time about not wearing one. This is NOT acceptable! You need to enforce the wearing of masks or a whole lot of us wont be able to shop there.

Worst deli ever!!! If you want sliced meat or cheeses I suggest going elsewhere. They ask how you want it sliced and then they do the direct opposite. If you ask for it sliced thin almost shaved and they show you a perfect slice then adjust it thicker? Thats just rude!!!! Not sure if the employees in the deli are lazy and want to get away with not slicing it alot?Ive complained multiple times. To the point of even returning stuff. Management doesnt do anything to correct their employees. Yes a refund or credit is ok, but fix the problem.Thankfully I have other options for stores to go to. Theyve lost my business. Ill spend $300 aweek elsewhere

I have changed my phone number and I have gone to your app. to change it 3 x and I go to the store and you still have my old phone number. Please, help with this situation! Is there anyone who works changing the phone numbers? If it computerised, its not working! Other then that its a pleasure to go to Hannafords. Everyone is very nice and the shelves are stocked well. Your meat department is awesome. Thanks for having a great store!

This store does not do returns.This store cannot put a purchase on a seperate card if you swipe the wrong one.I dont like being crowded at the paying line.

I am happy to say that Hannaford has improved their customer service skills for all of their staff. I have shopped here for over 4 decades and this improvement is a welcome change. I am enjoying my shopping experience more now than in the past. I appreciate that staff treat me with respect and dignity now. Found what I was looking for but prices were way to high.

Good friendly service. Just happened to be walking by a couple of younger workers at the register talking frankly and loudly about another worker which is NOT okay.

Friendly and helpful staff. Had what I went there for - prescription was ready for pick up.

Its the best grocery store around. My only complaint is the employees pushing around these oversized carts shopping for pick up service blocking the aisle without any awareness of shoppers trying to squeeze by them.

Easy layout and well organized makes finding mist things easy. They carry a good store brand that we prefer for many items. They also have a good rewards program too!

You can get whatever groceries u need and ur prescriptions at the same time. Prices are reasonable and staff is friendly. I like that they r not always trying to force u into the self checkout...it is there if u want to use it....but they have plenty of other registers open.

I work for Hannaford and its a great company. They have great dood and provide lots of locally made things. Would give 5 stars but they also have 40 registers and only 3 open.

Its a grocery store, what can I say... They sell groceries, have an adequate selection. The perishable food is always reasonably fresh. No complaints.

This is a great grocery store. Everything is organized and easy to find. Also, if a cashier rings in an item incorrectly, you can go to the customer service desk, and theyll refund you your money, plus half of the cost of the item!

Clean and convenient, but a little pricey on some items. The same deli foods (of the same quality) are available in twice the amount for almost half the price at nearby WalMart.

I love the new ap. It makes it easy to find and use coupons. Hannaford is always clean and well stocked.

Found hair in 3 different bakery treats. All made on separate dates. One in the rustic tart, one in the strawberry square and one in the chocolate chip cookie square. All a reddish brown long nasty hair. I swear the only quality hannafords is the Winthrop one. I wont come back to this hannaford by far

Areas that require maintenance are often neglected. Prices higher than other nearby stores. Many store-prepared foods are not kept stocked.

I think the pharmacy waiting area should be bigger to accommodate people with shopping carts.

I give the store a 5 but the part that gets the 1 is the salad bar. Every time I have gone in lately to make a salad the salad bar is empty. I asked an associate if they were going to refill it and the associate was very rude and said “when we get around to it”. I walked out.
