I would not recommend this company at all. My elderly, widowed grandmother bought a new whole-house generator recently and we called Fabian, her oil company for several years, to come swap out the old tank for a larger one and hook it to the generator. We were quoted $1400 for the install, then a higher fuel price due to the fact shes in a rural area. Shes 20 miles from the Skowhegan location, on route 150. That is not any more rural than anywhere else in central Maine, and no other company we called gave a different price depending on the area.Then, to add insult to injury, they didnt even show up to the appointment!Fed up, we called McKusicks, who did the install for $500, gave us the same oil price as the in-town rate, and actually showed up when they said they would.Icing on the cake--when Fabian came to pick up their tank (that had been recently FILLED and barely used), they charged a $99 fee and then didnt issue a refund for the oil that was left in it. They stated the amount in the tank just covered the fee, which given the price of oil was unlikely.At every turn, there was an additional fee or an exorbitant price. Taking advantage of your customers, elderly or not, is despicable.

I forgot to call and order oil. Deliveries where I live is usually Wednesdays. They were nice enough to say they could deliver to me today...Thank you..I will b calling to get all my oil delivered from there.

The customer service is phenomenal, why would you go anywhere else but Fabian? Who doesn’t like cute pictures of cats from their oil company?!

Cheapest around. Even thoe they were booked ful n really coudent come out till monday they squeezed me in so the kids woudent go with out heat. Very caring and good customer service.
