Staff is the best around. Very friendly. The store has everything you need for fishing, snacks and drinks. This is the most popular boat launch in the Rigolets area, so be ready for a line at the boat ramp if you dont get there early. They always have live shrimp, but call ahead just to make sure.

Picked up shrimp and pogies so we could fish and load the crab traps. Caught waaaaay more blue crabs with pogies than we did with raw chicken the weekend before. Unlike the other bait shop down the road this place was actually open everytime we stopped.

Great launch thats big enough for three boats side by side, ample parking, live bait, nice employees, clean, and overall a good experience. 50 live shrimp, 20lb bag of ice, and launch fee is $35. They also have a fully stocked store.

The lady at the counter was extremely rude for no reason. Tried to make me feel unwanted and enev laughed at me when I had to come back in to buy something she neglected to inform me about. Will travel 30 min further to avoid people like this.

Great place been going there for years

Somewhat accommodating to kayakers. Two kayaks, one auto... $8. Not much knowledge about places near the marina. Unless you can find moving water, save your time and go someplace else. Try Hopedale.

Didnt spend much time inside, but it looked like they had everything youd need to go fishing. Boat launch is in good shape. As busy as it was that morning, we were able to get in and out pretty quick.

Didnt know it was there,bait for all

Great location, but I didnt realize how much I was getting ripped off for live shrimp until I bought some elsewhere. Rigolets gave me half dead and tiny shrimp - some too small to even hook that never even stayed alive through the day. I thought that was the norm until I bought elsewhere and got LARGE and all-day lively shrimp. I also chartered from here and saw how much better the charters shrimp were from Rigolets. I can only conclude the best go to the regular captains. Like all marinas, they gouge you on fuel.

The perfect place to get live bait.

Friendly on most visits. The live shrimp is the problem I had several times. Last few trips they gave me grass shrimp or baby shrimp. Not one was a decent size. Talked to others that had same experience while the charter captains get the carpet rolled out for them with nice size shrimp . Back down is wide and fairly clean. If you fish with live shrimp get them somewhere else

Absolutely love launching out of this place your looking for a user friendly boat ramp this is the one for you. Staff is always courteous and the place is always top-notch clean get your shirt and watch the speckled trout fly over the side of the boat!!!

Favorite boat ramp/bait shop in Slidell area. The staff is always helpful, bait is generally available and of decent quality. Ignore the seafood in the name, you can seE food here, but the only edible portions they have are microwave hot pockets to take to the boat.

Rigolets Bait & Seafood have an awesome back down launce. The bait that they sell is usually very healthy and lively. This boat launch makes it convenient to fish the Lake Ponchartrain, Lake Borne and especially the Biloxi Marsh.
