Couldn’t say enough good things about James & B Bridal. Cutest little business, I love how relaxed it is- not pretentious at all, like a lot of other bridal salons. The two ladies were so helpful and seriously James (Jamie) picked out the perfect dresses to try on that I didn’t even expect to love, but they were amazing! They really know what they’re doing. The prices are great, much better than the other salons in the area for the same designer. I ended up buying a Maggie Sottero off the rack because my wedding was so soon. I’m so happy with my dress and my experience here. I will continue to suggest James & B for everyone in the market for a wedding dress! Thank you 😊

As excited as I was about my appointment at James and B Bridal House, I have to say that I did not have a good experience with this shop. Weeks ago I had scheduled an appointment to try on wedding dresses at 10:30 am today. Myself and 6 guests drove in from out of town, and when we arrived at the shop they told us that I was not on the schedule. I proceeded to show them the emails that I had confirming my appointment day and time. They said they did not know how it happened, but I was not put on the schedule and they didn’t have any room for me and to try again in the afternoon.I called back in the afternoon, and nobody answered the phone. In addition, there was a fair going on right in front of the shop. Many streets were blocked off which made parking an absolute nightmare. It would have been nice to have been informed that this was going to be going on beforehand.Thankfully I went down the street to another bridal shop who was able to fit me in early. They were extremely helpful and accommodating and I found my dress there.If you value good communication and customer service, I would look elsewhere for your wedding dress.

My experience with Jamie was nothing less than perfect. She got it right on the first dress we pulled, and we all fell in love when she picked the veil and earrings to match! I could tell she knew exactly what she was doing and that made my first shopping experience just the best! I enjoyed my time with her and loved her vibe, and would definitely recommend her! James and B Bridal caught our attention because of the name, and the cute shop and affordable price point tied in with everything and turned out PERFECT! I cannot wait to wear my dress on my big day❤️

5 stars are not enough. 10 stars would not be enough.James & B in Slidell, LA rendered complete experiential treatment and total service to the bride and her guests with genuine interest in listening and serving with personal, personable professionalism, bringing out THE PERFECT DRESS on the first attempt. Others were tried on and viewed by the bride and her 7 guests on her venture, but DRESS #1 was an 8-0 WIN on absolutely every feature and a perfect match to the bride!You should have seen her smile and glow when she first tried it on and walked out for us to view. The dress was the color she requested - WHITE WHITE with WHITE ON WHITE - complimented EVERY ONE of her features, was just the right weight - not too heavy, not too light. Not too straight, not too buoyant. The perfect bodice and neckline design.We had a YES TO THE DRESS in perhaps record time.James & B know what theyre doing.Jamie and Priscilla were FABULOUS!

OMG we went so many places looking for a wedding dress but should have started here! The two young ladies were so friendly as well as professional. They have a beautiful selection of dresses. We found the perfect dress for a fraction of the price of big name shops. The dresses were also very clean. The shop was nice and neat. The Bride to be is very pleased!!! Wish I could give more stars!!

My daughter and I went dress shopping here and had an absolutely wonderful experience! Brook, one of the owners, was so pleasant and a joy to work with... very patient and very professional. She talked with my daughter, asked questions to learn what she had in mind for a wedding dress, and then began showing dtesses that were amazingly in line with what my daughter was looking for. Brook was knowledgeable about each dress and how it should fit, and made helpful suggestions about colors, accessories, and alterations. We never felt rushed or that she was trying to push us toward a specific dress. Her store is clean, neat, and relaxing, well lit with private dressing areas and large mirrors. The dress selection was substantial and included dresses we had not seen at other stores; more importantly, they were clean and very well kept (no dirty hems, hanging beads, or broken straps and zippers). Prices were extremely reasonable. Definitely recommend this business!

I went to A LOT of bridal shops across the northshore, BR and Metarie, and this was my ABSOLUTE favorite - Brooke (the B from James & B) was very professional, patient, and truly intuitive. They have a beautiful selection of hand-picked dresses and its such a modern and chic atmosphere in the shop. Highly recommend!

I cant say enough good things about my experience here!First of all the atmosphere is fantastic. This is a boutique with a really intimate feel. The consultation process was so amazing. The selection of dresses is amazing!! So many styles, sizes and the most amazing price points. The stylist took her time to help us, spending several hours to listen and try new styles that worked for the bride.There was zero pressure at all to buy, and our stylist really made a point to make great suggestions for her so she felt comfortable and special throughout the entire afternoon. We had such a fantastic time, and I can safely say that when I get engaged, I would love to make a trip back down to shoot with Jamie again.

Great little salon very nicely decorated. The stylist are so friendly and helpful. The dresses are beautiful and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.

2/9/19 I came in to shop for my wedding dress. I was very frustrated and ready to give up after the other shop I just left. My stylist, Amber, got me cheered back up, helped me figure out what I was really looking for, and we realized it wasn’t in their shop. She made sure I knew there was fine I didn’t find my dress there and simply didn’t want me to settle for a dress, and wanted me to find THE dress. Even if it weren’t in their shop. She made me feel so comfortable trying on dresses, and I am a very self conscious person. Even though I wasn’t buying my dress there she also offered to help me with anything with my dress once I found it. Their dresses were amazing. So much so they made me wish they were the actual dress I wanted. Their dressing areas are large and beautiful. They catered to all five of the ladies shopping with me, even my daughter who uses a wheelchair. She’ll be sharing their seamstress’s info so I can look into having my alterations with her. I could go on and on about this shop and especially my stylist, but just let me say if you have the opportunity to shop there.. go! Best experience at a bridal shop I had hands down!

Loved working with James & B Bridal Outlet. They had a great selection in every price range, and gave very personal and professional service. I would highly recommend you start here, before going to the big chain stores.

They were so nice and helpful. My daughter told them what she was looking for in a bridal gown, and they didnt try to push her into anything different. They were very attentive.

Came here after being told they had a designer I wanted but actually it was something different..., service was ok but promptly went VERY sour when the person realized I simply wasnt buying that day. Place is immaculate and lovely but felt rushed and it wasnt a positive experience. IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME WEDDING DRESS SHOPPING START ELSEWHERE!

I had an appointment here for 11:30 and one at pearls place for 3:30. I fell in love with a dress but was hesitant about buying from the bridal shop I went to but I bought it because so fell in love with not only the dress but the customer service I received. They are so warm and welcoming. However I still went to Pearls Place in Metairie for my bridesmaids and my experience was HORRIBLE. I am so happy I choose to buy from James & B! Thank you for being so sweet! I HIGHLY recommend them!
