We had a beautiful floor installed about a year ago. It was very nice and we were delighted. They are now going to do a bedroom. This company demonstrates excellent service. The prices are reasonable and the product is great. The installers are professional and I am sure that the bedroom is going to look as great as the other floor. I would recommend this company because they do an excellent job at a reasonable price for us.

I purchased flooring that was described to me as “IT DOESNT NEED PADDING”. Needless to say, I was super excited and that was the selling point for me. Immediately after you can imagine the horror of the tapping that now exists in my house. I called the manufacturer and they said they did in fact have padding for that flooring and it should have been offered to me. The manufacturer stated that they made the padding prior to my purchase date. This was NEVER mentioned to me. I would have gladly purchased it. The manufacturer spoke with carpet world and said that they should made it right for me but I have never received one call from them. Now all I can do is rip out the flooring and start all over. Waste of time and money. Still waiting that call carpet world!

This was amazing. I called them on a friday to measure my home for carpet. They told me they could have someone out in 1 hr. About 15 minutes later someone called to say they would be there in 20 minutes. He came, measured everything in about 10 minutes, and left. I waited until Monday afternoon to go pick some carpet. I found something I liked in 2 minutes that they had in stock. I went in, picked what I wanted, scheduled install, paid, and was out in 15 minutes. They scheduled the install on wednesday(same week). On Wednesday 2 guys in a van show up at 11am and started jammin on the old carpet. Later on that day they were finished and gone and the carpet looked perfect. 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom(yes carpet and I like it) 4 closets, 1 hallway, 1 dining room, and 1 set of stairs. I personally moved a lot of stuff to make their job a little easier and they helped me put it back. Very nice and professional install guys who worked non-stop until finished and cleaned everything up. My time is valuable and they were extremely accommodating without me having to ask for anything and everything worked without a single problem. What more could I possibly ask for.
