Jock at the Cellular Sales store on Gause was extremely helpful. He ordered my phone, transferred all of my data to the new phone and answered all of my questions. Very happy with my experience. I will recommend Jock and Cellular Sales.

We went there because my facebook went out, and its been out for a week. I just didnt have time to go and get it fixed, until today. They had it fixed in about 15 minutes, and no charge! The people who work there, know there job and are very nice, and sweet people.

Do not buy an iPhone 11 from there. I only had it for three weeks and the camera does not work, plus other problems. They told me to go to Metairie and return the phone at the apple store. Come to find out it is closed. Called apple and they told me to go to Best Buy first to see if I could get an exchange there. They told me I have to make an appointment and they will probably have to send it off after they do a diagnostic test because they probably don’t have any in stock. Tried to call the guy who sold me the phone and he never called me back. I will have to go days without a phone!!! If Verizon sales you a defective phone, they should replace it. This is ridiculous that I have to go through this. Will never go there again. They got the sale and my money and really don’t care at all. I am sure if the tables were turned they would be upset as well.

I bought a new phone and needed my contacts transfered, so went to the Verizon store on gause blvd, to find they didnt open till 9am. A verizon employee came out to see if he could help me and he could and did. Thank you to Dustin for your swift and knowledgeable help.

Sales people push new product, but do offer some helpful advice. Wish they provided better support for the products they sell, and customers who have already made purchases.

Im so glad that you asked. My husband and went there to have our phones activated because the Verizon in Fremaux Town Center always does it for us. Unfortunately they are closed due to the CoVid19. The man named Alex asked if he could help us and my husband began to explain to him that we needed our phones activated He then begin to explain to us how easy it was and all the information we needed was in the phone He showed every indication that he did not want to help us He even went as far as to tell us that we charged for that why hes down in his cell phone type and texting or whatever he may have been doing. I would have never treated a customer like that I would have assisted the customer show them what they needed to do and never made them feel like It was something that we could do on our own. I never felt so disrespected and so unappreciated as a customer. It makes no sense for someone to act like that. By the way his name was Alex but I can give him a few other names that suit him well. Unfortunately I had to pick a store other than that I would not have put one store.

The agent who helped me was very friendly and professional. However, he did not explain my payment options to me sufficiently. I understood that once we had completed our transaction that day that I would have to either do payments or pay the phone in full. I hate having payments and was going to pay for the phone in full once I could afford it. Unfortunately, it was not explained to me that if I decided to go online and pay for the phone in full it would be at the full price and not the promotional one that I was given. So now Im stuck with a phone I hate for two years.

I have been with AT&T for over ten years, but I made the switch not only due to communication issues but many other problems I had encountered over time. This was the most painless switch thanks to his help and knowledge.... he looks like Bradley Cooper as well just FYI lol. *he does not come with the package lol, but he’s always available for my tech needs 🤩

Called to ask if they carried accessories for my phone and while they did not, I talked to a person on location immediately and he gave me some helpful suggestions. Customer care is paramount.
