Good professional job, nice courteous people, worked hard the whole time they were here. Reasonable rates. Appt at 10 showed up at 1, what else is new. The staff kept me informed as to when they would get there and reason why theyd be late so I wont deduct stars.

I cannot remember the gentleman‘s name that came out and repaired my broken window, but he did a great job! He was cordial, professional, and knew what he was doing. He advised me that the window does not sit plumb in the window jam, so he put a rubber shim under the window frame and onto the jamb and advised me not to remove the spacer for a few days to let the caulking fully set.He also told me he installed thicker pane glass into the frame, which was originally only 3/8” single pane glass in the broken window that has been there since the 1960s. He also informed me the 1/2” gap on the sill will need to be plugged and filled after the plumbing caulk dries.Thank you for your politeness and for being in and out.
