This is NOT the same wood that you get from the Blue or Orange boxes. Big Box lumber is treated to a pressure of 0.28. Mannings lumber is 0.80 or 3x the preservative and stamped for Salt Water. Mannings lumber is also #1 or Better. You wont be bringing the bad boards back. Mannings prices are actually VERY close to the big boxes. If you dont want to rebuild it in 8 years, buy it from Mannings.
