Well firstly I found the sales side of the business very helpful and not pushy which was refreshing. However my review is of the service department. I must have called at least 8 times to arrange two recalls on my Mazda CX-9. Admittedly the person in service did call me back once and asked me to let him know the recall number and vin. So I called back and still no response. I cant tell you how frustrating it is to call, leave messages and no one bother to call you back. Needless to say I will look to take my business elsewhere
My horrible experience at this place keeps evaporating from the web. It appears that this company will be happy to berate and insult a customer, but they will not allow my experience to be read. What ever happened to freedom of speech? My experience with the people at this store deserves to be published and read by the public.
