Badly managed store. One register open during their peak Saturday hours—long line of 6-8 people in line waiting. Four clerks standing behind the counter picking their noses. Where was the manager? Waste of my time. No mask policy. No thanks.

Associates are very helpful. Always well stocked. Never a long line or hard to get parking right out front. Great craft store.

This place is a haven to my tired, overspent brain from a long monotonous week. Rows and rows of freshly shelved seasonal items glisten like shiny presents waiting for me to take them home. The baking, art, sewing, framing sections is always well stocked along with a hefty helping of inspiration. Creative individuals rejoice! This place has something for everyone. And if you have little weary ones in tow, dont forget to hit the kids craft and toy section, with fair pricing and anything from canvas painting sets, coloring books, sewing, stickers. They have a pretty good selection of craft stuff usually. I go there for DIY related items, drawing and watercolor stock, and to get journals, markers, and accessories for bullet journaling.

Great selection of crafting materials! Some ready made or easy DIY items. Love the selection of kids craft activities, kits, and raw materials. Shelves are always well stocked and organized. Staff is friendly, not intrusive. Selection for specific crafting activities is as expected. A sliding shelving system has allowed for more choices of smaller items and findings (e.g. sewing and stickers). Honestly, my favorite Michaels to visit and shop.

Always able to get painting supplies

Just took my almost two year old grandson to Michaels for a craft with The Harmony Library. What a great place. Supplies and instructions and a helper ALL included at no charge to us. We took home a painted Fathers Day picture frame. THANKS to the Library, Ms. Michelle, and Michaels! We will be back!

Walking into a Michaels is a rather unique experience. Theyve got items no-ones ever heard of, except for those that craft, as well as a host of high level everyday products not found in most grocery/department stores. Im talking about the aisles dedicated to cake/dessert decoration and preparation and of the numerous aisles geared towards younger crafters. Theyre a little pricey IMO, but they fill a niche that few stores can compete with, save for the Hobby Lobby in Warwick. They also offer picture framing at the rear of the store. Located on the western side of the the property, between Staples and Target.

Helpful staff buy not as much in the way of making supplies as they used to have. Use coupons or a lot of the stuff is expensive. Great quality, however and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

I was so disappointed today. Its the 3rd week of July and the store is stocked with Halloween decor. Nothing like wishing our summer away. .

Customer service is excellent, visited the custom framing department was able to fulfill my request promptly.

Some of the staff need more customer service training. The young woman at the register was friendly and professional. Regular prices for most items are rather high, coupon and special deals are the only way to go.

Everytime I go they never seem excited or make it seem excited to sign up for the rewards program, but the cashier I had seemed more lively. Always a pleasure going there.

Michaels has a wide variety of crafts. Their yarn selection doesnt much appeal to me personally. Their threads selection is ok but aimed at embroiderers instead of lace makers. Coupon policy not stellar but coupons are easy to get. Easy to reach by RIPTA --- BUT ONLY ON WEEK DAYS. No bike rack.

They always have good deals on things such as canvases and even though they can sometimes have pretty expensive supplies, they always have coupons available online or in store. Everytime I go into the store I want to buy everything, because they have almost everything you can imagine.

Easy parking, no hassle refunds with your receipt. Prices can be high but their clearance prices are good and there are always percent off coupons on their app or website.
