From a memorial plague for my office conference room, to huge cheerleading competition trophy orders, to custom fantasy football league trophies. I cannot praise John and Marlene enough. Their patience and attention to detail is second to none. John helped our crazy design for an epic fantasy football trophy come to life. I am a 5th grade teacher, and one of my students brought in his cherished baseball trophy to share as a writing moment. It was a stunning piece, but unfortunately it was tousled in the car and came to the classroom in pieces. The child was visibly upset, but still shared the moment when his team won the baseball trophy. I brought the trophy home, but there was no repairing it, so I called Crown Trophy and explained the situation. I arrived just before closing time on a Saturday, and I was greeted so graciously... the trophy was whisked to the back room and returned to me in brand new condition! No charge... he was proud of his product, of the boys wish to share the Crown Trophy with the class. I will return for class and school products. Thank you
