These guys were phenomenal and I highly recommend. They broke down a table I acquired and moved it to my home. They took the time to make sure everything was done properly. Very easy to converse with and didnt mind me chatting while he worked. Very professional and pleasant experience. Will definitely be reaching back out if I need additional service or upgrades.

We had a pool table moved from MA to CT. Everything was done perfect and professionally. The pool table itself was almost 100 years old and looks as good today as the first day it was installed. We would recommend cloud 9’s services to anyone who is looking for a pool table moving service. Also not to mention the price we paid was VERY fair and worth every penny!

Rod and John were great, Rod was one of the few billiard places to return my call and when he did he was very thorough with his questions and explanations. My table was a home made custom that was in really rough shape, after sending pictures Rod was very supportive in explaining the price and work that would be involved. We agreed to a price and Rod and John showed up a few days later which completely blew me away as I was expecting a long delay with how busy billiard guys are right now. they spent better part of 8 hours and my table and the results were awesome, my wife and I cant stop playing on it.Thanks guys i have recommended to you both to everyone I know that has a table.Money well spent

These guys did a phenomenal job moving a table I bought off Craigs list. They evaluated the table before I put my full money down, moved it expertly, put it back together, leveled it, re-felted it, smooth as glass. They also worked well into the evening when most movers would have delayed it. Also, really great guys. Highly recommended. (Central Connecticut)

Great overall experience. Nice people who are very knowledgeable. Very fair pricing and listened to what we wanted and helped us find the right table. Wish I could give no stars. Had them come redo my table and had a problem. Called, emailed, texted no response. There is a reason they only accept cash as payment. Avoid at all cost!
