Love this store. Very clean but limited manga books .

Barnes and Noble is one of the last standing physical bookstores left - and every time I come here I’m reminded how much I love a great bookstore. The Starbucks Cafe nestled inside has a full menu and 10 or so tables to sit down and read and have a cup of tea or coffee and a snack. The kids section is amazing - full of learning and educational materials. It’s heartwarming to see kids reading and learning - hands on. The store is artfully decorated. Posters hang high on the tall ceilings and are beautiful. All in all this is a wonderful bookstore and the smell of new books is awesome.

Great place to go if you like books. If they dont have the book youre looking for they can order if for you. If you just want to relax, grab a coffee from there shop and read for a while.

Has great book options and has wonderful collectibles from Harry Potter to Disney. There is also a Starbucks located inside with delicious food optioms.

Love going to the bookstore. And even better my granddaughter loves going. To see the excitement in a 4 year old when she gets a new book.

This Barnes and Noble has lovely staff, including a barista that remembers my unusual name weeks later. Theres always a great variety and comfy places to sit and read.

Order wrong book. Hard copy not my paper back. Did not do the right thing and offer it at my paper back cost for their mistake. Expected me to drive another 40 mike round trip to pick up re-ordered book. Just drove 40 Miles for nothing

Visited Smithfield, RI B&N on 3/20/21. One of the nicest B&Ns. Staff go out of their way to assist. Liked speaking with the manager Amyregarding choice of books and authors.

Visited for the Criterion sale, very nice selection and the staff are wonderful.

I have loved Barnes and Noble since its s inception. It is clean, friendly environment stocked with my favorite authors. I have a new book coming out soon and hope to do a book signing them.

Excellent book store. This one in particular. The workers in the store were so sweet to my kids. They walked around showing them different graphic novels and kids stories that they may enjoy. They talked about how they read them themselves and whether they liked them or not and whether they fit for a young 9 year old girl. I was pleasantly shocked and amazed at their level of knowledge with the books within their store. Thank you so much for your help and my daughters were still talking about how great your store was. And thank you to the woman who told me about the educator card as a teacher which allowed me to save 20% each purchase. I wish you all the best in your store and business.

Love the customer service here. We were looking for gifts for a 7 and a 13-year-old, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. It didnt hurt that we got a coupon for a free cookie from the cafe too ;)

Nice employees! I took my 3 year old here for the 1st time to get bedtime stories. He had so much fun looking at all of the books and the workers were so cool about it. A healthy reading experience is invaluable and my child cant wait to go back for more books.

Really good manga

As one the last physical book stores it is great. But as a book store they are selling NEW books or new re-releases. I didnt see anything I wanted to read, today.

I found items that I needed at a good price. Sales galore.

I have been going to this Barnes & Noble for a few years now with my kids, since my oldest started learning to read. We like to go to the Storytime events when it fits into our schedule. Today we attended a story telling of How The Grinch Stole Christmas (which also included The Cat in The Hat). Joseph read the stories to all the kids and he did a fantastic job. He was very animated, even changing his voice for different characters and making sound effects. Very engaging. Definitely recommend coming here. Joseph was really great with all the kids.

I really enjoy having an actual book. Like the feel of a book in my hands.

There is a warm and cozy nook inside the bookstore that sells Starbucks is sold. The smelll of new books is awesome too. Worth the stop!

This Barnes and Noble is fantastic. They have a huge inventory, great selection and a wonderful childrens area (complete with trains). My 3 year old son loves visiting here almost every weekend. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the cafe has excellent cookies. I definitely recommend this store to any book lovers in the area.

All I can say is as an adult... This is my favorite candy store... I love to go in, get no pressure, take my time buying more books because the books I havent read at home yet need friends.... Then having Starbucks is the cherry on my favorite thing to do

Such a big amazing store! Spent 2hrs here with my elementary and middle school age children. Only got them to leave because they were both hungry.

The staff was so amazing! I went in looking for a book I needed for an honors thesis I will be working next semester, and while I figures it was a long shot they would have it, the associate took the time to look it up and walk me personally to the sections it would be in. When we didnt find it she offered to order it for me, and explained their policy on price matching with their website. It was a great experience in a time where customer service seems to be going out of style!

The customer areas around the books were very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was readily available near the store front. This mightve been the best visit Ive had to a Barnes & Noble location.

I love going into the bookstore, and the staff is EXCELLENT. Unfortunately they didnt have one book I was looking for and it was going to take them a whole week to get it ordered and get it to me (I ordered it on Amazon Prime with two day delivery as they were saying this). The second item I went in for was $5 more in person than had I ordered it off Amazon. Which was disappointing to realize, since there was no shipping/delivery involved. I bought it anyways since I felt bad.

Quiet, cool and comfortable. Great place to relax and read. The coffee bar is really well stocked.

Large book store with tons of books ranging across several topics. The kids section is also very big. Finding a specific book in the kids/teen section can sometimes be difficult, since the organization of that area isnt clear.They have a nice cafe area in the store as well, so you can sit and relax before/after shopping.

My favorite place for magazines. Widest selection. For the reader who likes real books, youll love it. Excellent location, in a plaza with lotsa stores and restaurants. Almost qualifies as a date for us.

Not sure why this place seems so mediocre. It feels like a large store but the breadth of its offerings is very limited. Only good for people who want to read popular fiction and self-help books.

With very few barnes & noble left this places are always so great to walk into sections are easy to find. Lots of collectibles ND staff is always willing to help if you do need so

This is a pretty standard B&N. They have the typical selection of titles - which is to say, a pretty broad range, with quite a few of the more recent, more popular titles, with some other fun stuff tossed in here and there. If youre looking to buy some books, or kill some time, this is a great place to do it!

Go in and see Joseph! He was beyond knowledgeable of readers, the Sox and other subject matter! He ordered 2 Fenway books for me and my grandchildren and showed me some material that might interest me. It did, I was sold! If books are your thing, make this Barnes & Noble a stop for sure.

Barnes & Noble is always a great place to shop. Clean store. The new reorganized areas are awesome. Love shopping there.
