This legendary convenience store chain measures up to the myths and stories that have been told about it!Being from the north Ive heard mythical things said about this place over and over again.Perception meets reality with its wide array of food drinks alcoholic beverages and large gas pumps. However they seem to cry almost every bit of food that they serve.The quality of the food was decent for the price paid and there was a huge variety inside of the convenience store.Most importantly unlike its competitors they give you an area to eat inside of the store with free wifi and comfortable seating.This place is a very comfortable place to stop on road trips or if youre just hungry.

Great service and gas prices for flex fuel are very complete ($2.26 gal) last fill up.

I always stop at this Sheetz when Im traveling. Its usually busy but clean, safe and good food options!

The employees here are rude. They are also unwilling to abide by Governor Coopers orders surrounding COVID-19 regulation changes, particularly in the areas of proper face coverings and expiration date changes.

Great place for a family stop. Huge selection of snacks of in the store and plenty of delicious food in the restaurant. Usually has the best fuel prices around. The pump areas are well lit and clean. Our go to place for a bathroom, fuel & food stop while on the road.

On a road trip, thought it would nice to go here since weve always had good experiences at other locations. Well lets just say, if the people preparing the food had better attitudes the food would taste better!

As always fast and easy and we are back on the road again. Everyone we stop at is convenient and clean. We dont have to go inside unless needing refreshments. Love the discounts. Heard about the gift card extra discount, so well need to check it out.

This Sheetz is okay, it is not my favorite sheets. It has fresh coffee though. Has good food. And they provide good customer service.

Had to leave- due to the fact that this store is in HWY 95 with folks driving through from others states, the Covid-19 requirements were not being followed. Our state is trying to control the spread.

We stopped at Sheetz in Smithfield NC 12-16-19, 11:15 am, for fuel and to use the women’s restroom. Two of four stalls were stuffed with toilet paper to the point of being unflushable. There was urine and wet paper on the floor of one toilet. (We had a similar experience at a Sheetz near Raleigh the day before.) The sign above the sinks promises clean facilities. I’ll probably contact corporate as suggested; I have photos. Bad behavior by patrons, but it makes you think twice about stopping at Sheetz.

A favorite among travelers traveling I95. This is a great place for real food made to order. The store and bathrooms are clean. There are multiple gas pumps and the prices are comparable. An above average gas station/convenience store stop for a bathroom break, gas fill up or a snack.

Normally great place to stop. Yesterday was not one of those days. In a hurry so I ordered their 2 hot dogs with 2 cokes for $2. The hot dogs were cold as if straight out of the colder cold. Oh well every place has its moments.

Sheetz has always been my go to for food and fuel. I seriously think y’all are growing to fast because your quality and cleanliness has gone down quickly. I now prefer Harris Teeter for fuel and home for food.

Sheets isnt your usual gas station. It sells fresh food and made to order food thats really good and cheap. The employees are nice and its very clean and has outdoor seating.Its the best gas station around!!!

Reasonably priced gas. You can get a lower price with theyre loyalty card. Food and beverage choices inside are a slightly better variety than some other gas stations.

The manager here does not honor cigarette prices advertised on signs in store. When I asked her to correct the price. She threw a fit, ripped the sign down, and used profanity telling me to get cigarettes somewhere else. This woman should not be a manager. She refused to give me her name as she walked away.

My daughter was injured when the door caught the top of her foot. I notified the ppl in the store but was never contacted. Then when I called customer service they werent at all concerned about her or how I had to take her to the ER because it raised her toenail up half way. Shes still scared of doors and we were treated like it was our fault this door had sharp pieces of metal under it and it shouldve just pushed her feet back if it had those sweeper things. I was offered a care package and no sympathy for my daughter. Completely changed my look on sheetz completely.

Always stop here on the way to my hometown in VA from SC. Love just about everything they sell. They have unique snacks that I cant find anywhere else

Another great sheetz station. Glad they built this one there. Gas prices are always good and have E15 gas also which is nice. No car wash for your car. But as always I like the drink station.

Sheetz usually has clean restrooms. Always polite people. And they have FREE AIR foryour tires. I appreciate that - when you buygas at any convenience store you shouldntgave to pay $1.50 to put air in one tire

Used to be my favorite place until they hired Raven(her nametag says at least.) My god, there has never been slower, stupider service. She doesnt check the paid tickets, and therefore never calls out order numbers. Just lets them sit there and get cold for upwards of 30 minutes. Never in my life have i ever seen anyone move so slow nor have i seen anyone react so stupidly when they realize they have made a mistake that cost me 30 minutes of my time. Raven for sure needs to be fired. I cant believe you would even let someone so slow manage the food prep at what is arguably the busiest fast food spot in smithfield. You have lost a customer until she is gone.

Ive been in Texas for 3 years and I am floored to see that the wings have been removed from the menu. They have forced me to go to WaWa. I use to stop here faithfully and order wings with the Boom Boom sauce. Not anymore.

App ordering is the way to go. The touch screens are great but unsanitary with so many people using them. My food is always ready using app, by the time I pick up a fountain drink.

I stop here when I pass through on I-95. I live in the south now and this is the last one heading south from Virginia. Love it!

This place is very busy but I prefer to stop here than anywhere else due to their service. Excellent choices of snacks and drinks, coffee just ok, clean rest room.

Buyer beware. Their gas price went up 10 cents within ONE hour last weekend. The manager said it was keeping in-line with other nearby stations. I showed him others across the street at 2.49 and his was now 2.59. Oops. I called their help line and was assured the responsible regional rep would call me within 2 days. Its been 5. Very non-responsive to customers and Im a loyal Sheets customer for years now. Shame. Buyer beware.

I got to tell you for convenience store this place is fantastic a lot of computer rides things their customer service is first class product selection is not to be believed when I go to Virginia I make a point to take Exit 97 off 95 and stop there for my gas and relax same coming back if youve never been there is well worth the trip to go yours not quite another place like it I would give it 5 stars and recommend it to anybody who gets opportunity to go there

Have a lot of refreshments to choose from, hot&cold beverages & a lot of snacksRestrooms were clean & smelled fresh which was a nice surprise. Had a little trouble with the tanks the computer didnt want to take our card which took extra time .

Ordered a COLD Italian sub with $.70 added pepperoni and got a cold Italian with a hard dried chunk of pepperoni. Complained and didnt even get an apology. I dont understand why they would even make the sub this way.. pure laziness and unprofessional.

Soooo disappointed. Being from outside of Altoona, where Sheetz is from... I was happy to find a Sheetz at our stop along the way to Hilton Head. Sheetz are always reliable... or so I thought. The trash cans at the pumps were overflowing. The parking lot park was full of garbage. We went inside, the store was dirty. The lines were long. The cashier was slow and didnt seem to want to be bothered. No way I was going to even think about getting food there... I wasnt even going to attempt the bathrooms! I waited till we got to the hotel. If ANY of the Sheetz family would pop in there... theyre be MORTIFIED.

Food was good, but it took them more than 30 minutes to get the food put together. The lady did half of our order, did someone elses order, and then did the other half of our order.

Food tastes very good; the coffee, kind of diluted. Long wait to pay and/or get your order.

I believe this place was the source of my daughters food poisoning. No way to know for sure, but circumstantial evidence strongly points that way.

I love Sheetz! I always buy their French Vanilla Cappuccino.
