Fast service & professional!

I placed an order of screen printed tee shirts using a specific blank tee shirt but when I went in to pick up my order I found out that they werent able to obtain the blank shirts from the company I chose and decided to use a cheaper alternative instead. I never was refunded the price difference or even contacted and informed about the change in shirts. This was my only problem with them, everything else was fine, but Im not going to return here for projects or recommend them

We have been using Cool Air since 2011 for all our uniform needs, we placed an order in December 2019 and could not believe the Unprofessionalism and lack of service we received from this company. This company does not care for loyal customers. We will never use this company again

Quality work. No complaints. Not the Go-To place for a small team with a very small budget. After using their services for a while we could no longer afford them and had to switch to a different vendor.A little hard to find. FGX is across the street. No bike rack.

Long time customer. They have a wide variety of products and have invested in serious equipment to do nearly everything in-house. If you are doing anything in volume, their prices cannot be beat and turnaround time is usually excellent.

On our last order of RHODYWOOD hats......We needed them very quickly becuasewe had the crew of Woody Allen here in RI Filmming. Cool Air was able to completeour order within 24 hrs. The quality of thier embroidery logo is wonderful

The quality was ok but pricing was on the higher side and was told it would be ready on a specific day for an event and they were over a week late. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.
