Installers were not professional. Lead installer did nothing but complain about his helper, the company and made fun of my furniture. Took longer than it was suppose to because my bathroom was used without asking. Caulk tips were left in our garden and plants were broke. Windows were left dirty, caulk was done sloppy. When we talked to our point of contact (Anthony) never heard back from him. We are going to build our home next year and because of the way we were treated and ignored we will NEVER use Anderson or recommend.

I found a patio slider to replace my old door but when I checked with the city I found that the door would not meet the city code. I contacted Renewal by Anderson and they sent a consultant named Kevin Icolino who is very knowledgeable about the products. Kevin showed doors that met my needs as well as the city code. The price point was just a little higher than the quote for the door that did not meet code. The door was installed by the company and I was completely satisfied with the work and the door. Most of all the consultant Kevin continued to check with us during the entire process to make sure we were completely satisfied with the work and the product. A great company to deal with from start to finish. I had no intentions of ever getting my homes windows replaced until Renewal by Andersen approached me. The project consultant that came to my house, Anthony Paolucci, was very knowledgeable about all the products available. He listened to my questions and concerns as well as making recommendations about what would work best for me and my price range. Andersen was very accommodating with their payment methods. The work was scheduled to take place months from the consultation, however the windows were built and installed several weeks ahead of time.
