Worst customer service. Do not waste your money buying any program from this company, get it from someone that actually answers your phone and helps out to troubleshoot problems with their products.

He Greedy hue, I brought from him cash register express, he advertised on eBay three months free help from cash register express I call him many time he forced me to get merchant service for him, I say. I have setup another merchant service, then he didnt help me, when he wants to sell he promised everything

Aj was very helpful, he worked after hours to make sure our system was up and working for the next morning.

Don’t waste your time. The team doesn’t understand customer service or support. If you are debating on saving 50$ by using their products, spend the extra money.

AJ Has the best prices and service

Bought a pos system from him. It was supposed to be setup and ready to go but the barcode scanner came with no programming manual to make it work and the receipt printer would not work with Cash Register Express and had no instructions or drivers with it. He did help me get the old system transferred to the new system but I still cant use his bar code scanner or printer. Luckily my old systems scanner and printer still work so I use them. I texted him numerous times with no reply. Been almost a year now. I figured he would eventually get back with me, but no. Basically he buys dirt cheap products from overseas and packages them together to make these pos systems. It would be nice if any of the components had instructions or drivers with them.Reply: First, You said to text and you would not answer my calls, so thats all we had. And at first you were communicating by text so dont act like you didnt know. Second. We dont use a barcode scanner to scan drivers license at all. We run a non-profit bingo and only scan simple barcodes and the simple barcode that CRE prints. So I have no idea how you told us millions of times. We needed the scanner to scan CRE barcodes since thats the only software you sold us and regular barcodes. The option I was trying to shut off was the auto scan option. We want it to scan only with the trigger. Also, we have never used the scanner you sold us because it didnt work with the system you sold us. Like I said in the prev review, we used our prev equipment. Third, you never said to buy PC America support. It would have made no difference as we needed hardware support, not software support. And 4th, we never returned or followed up with return because we had already wasted enough time on it and we learned our lesson on buying discount import products from the cheapest supplier. Basically, we got what we paid for. This is simply a review of what we got. if people are fine buying the cheapest and trying to make it work, thats fine.

I purchased a POS system through Ebay from AAJ Electronics and the unit did not make it a whole 6 months before totally going out. I contacted AJ and he was responsive at first but after I told him that I had to go ahead and purchase the Clover because i have to continue to run my business he became a little less responsive. As you can see in the pics that i have posted, AJ agreed to refund me 75% of the purchase price and i was grateful for that but still no response from him after shipping the unit back to him as instructed. As you can see, Fed Ex has attempted to deliver to the address that he instructed with still no luck. I normally would not leave a review but would definitely not want any other business owners to be left empty handed without a POS System and by a business that will not honor what they agreed to in writing.
