This store is fine; needed some heavy paper, found what i wanted. Unfortunately for the business, the location is not great; very little visibility from the road. Google Maps is the only reason i found this store.

There yesterday, Worker named Debbie waited on me. I was there to mail a FedEx package.She immediately had the worst of the worst attitudes. She called over one of the cashiers to come type in my address info. While the cashier is doing her job with me Debbie is still running her mouth about some papers that needs holes punched in them. I said to the cashier, she’s hateful several times and she just smiled.When finishing up I needed a piece of tape to tape down a corner of an envelope that was on top of the package.Debbie yells..... Don’t forget the “Package Enhancement “ fee.Really??????Had to pay .93 for that .The cashier was the one that suggested it to me.I thought she was just like doing her job. Nope a charge for really nothing. Maybe like s 4” piece of tape.Will not go back.Found out there is s better place in Smithfield called“We Ship It”. Right by the Library and Post Office.After reading other reviews I see that I’m not the only one that has complained about Debbie.They need to address her issues.

Called at 2:15pm an talked to an associate, asked “do you guys have a any amazon fire sticks in stock?” The associate said “yes sir we do”, then asked again “ are you sure you have them in stock” the associate said “yes we do”, I said “ okay great am coming about an hour away so just wanted to be sure”. He then said “we will see you when you get here”. Drove all the way up there, walk in and “we don’t have any in stock”. WILL NOT BE BACK!! Only got a 1 Star because zero is not an option. The manager has no personality, talking to him is like talking to board.

Please hire some people who can run your print center. Also, make sure to produce what you advertise.Aug 18th... I wish we had another print shop in town. I am stuck with this useless place as my local option. Zero ability to help, even with a different staff than the last time. Honing your craft and being proud of your work have missed this group of people just working like drones for a paycheck.

Just went in to get files printed. The lady was quick, but busy and alone due to weather. But was super easy and professional quality.

Horrible experience, went in there to print some paperwork and they told me they didn’t have a power outlet where I could plug my lap top! Seriously? They turned down business when they could’ve easily allowed me to plug my device into their outlet. Ridiculous

Its never busy here. Usually have what you need. Staff will help you find what you need. Tul pens are all i use, and theyre only found at OfficeMax/office depot

The store is well stocked & the workers are polite as well as knowledgeable...very pleasant shopping experience

It been a while and few changes been made and couldnt find what I was looking for. Employees still great.

Staff here are pushy. One of my pet peeves is dealing with a sales person who knows less about the product than I do. On most items I look for their advice is to just order it online; why then do they continue to maintain a brick and mortar store?

I had a time sensitive package and I paid a very expensive price for next day delivery at the Fedex desk in this store. It didnt arrive until 3 days after. I called to get my money back and they said they couldnt help me. I called Fedex and was told that due to the way they put it into the system Fedex was not at fault and that I would not be getting a refund. I will never used fedex or office depot again.

Very under stocked store felt like I was in a ghost town

Was asked to set up a ink membership plan, told it would take 5 minutes. ended up taking almost 20, and they overcharged us for an extra cartridge ($50). we will not be going back here. employees have no idea whats going on.
