I paid a visit to the Verizon location off Main St In Smithtown this evening. I was particularly anxious because I am very hearing impaired and knew that both Murphy and myself would be wearing mask due to COVID. I am very dependent on lip reading to communicate and after explaining this to Murphy he absolutely understood my situation. He put me at ease right away. He made every effort to make sure that I was able to follow everything he had to say for me to understand my new phone. I always had Samsung so there was much to understand. He was concerned, and made sure there was as little struggle as possible. You could say I lucked out because I really did walk in nervous and left relaxed. Thank you Murphy. Great customer service is everything.

This was our second trip to purchase phones at this shop. Murph and his associate helped us. Due to a technical glitch with an old phone, it took about 4 hours to transfer info from the old phone to the new one. Some of it had to manually transferred ...one entry at a time. We would never have received such service at a corporate store. This was by far some of the best customer service I have experienced anywhere.

Helped right away by Murphy. Clearly explained all options. No pressure. He transferred data and got new phone up and running in 45 minutes. Very pleased. Thanks Murphy!

I had the pleasure of having Irfan help me and my mother earlier today at the store. He was very patient and kind and was able to do everything we asked of him although we had a bit of a complicated switch over. I bought my mother a new LG smartphone to replace her very very outdated one. My mother was absolutely elated when Irfan was able to switch over all of her old pictures that meant a lot to her and contacts although he had doubts at first because of how old the phone was. Definitely the best customer service we have received from Verizon and we will definitely be going back to him if we need anything in the future!

What a great experience I had from Verizon of Smithtown. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by someone asking what I needed today. I dealt with Murphy a great worker and someone cares about the customer. He helped me go through the whole process with getting a new phone and even stayed late passed there regular hours just to finish helping me. The woman who helped me was very professional, informative, and super kind. So anyways, I was looking to upgrade my iPhone 7. I have 6 lines, including mine, and a tablet on my plan. I was paying a little over $600 for my plan. When she pulled up my account information, she informed me of a better plan with many more perks than whet I was paying for. She dropped my bill about $200, got me on a much better data plan, and upgraded my iPhone 7 to the iPhone XS. I could not be happier! I mean, who doesn’t love saving money??? I will definitely be coming back to this store soon and upgrading 3 more lines! If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would! Thank you Audrey for a very friendly and helpful experience!
