Wanted something different for my Mom for Mother’s Day and her birthday which was a few days later. Ordered from here because of proximity to my Mom’s nursing home and she loved both of them - the presentation, the freshness and the uniqueness. Definitely will continue to use them!

Ordered a bunch of chocolate covered fruits for a friend. Half of them arrived rotten and were delivered very late in day. Called customer service to explain how unsatisfied I was with the service. They didn’t help at all and only offered %10 off next purchase. Overpriced with awful service!!

I ordered an order last week and it was incredible so i reordered it and picked it up today and the fruit was barley dipped in chocolate.I am greatly disappointed in my order and will not be ordering again from this location definitely will be going to commack from now on or making my own. the pineapple wasn’t really dipped the apples were barley dipped and messy drizzle and the strawberries (my favorite) were like half dipped. again don’t order from this one order from commack the workers here don’t know how to dip the fruit at all.in addition to that the fruit wasn’t good at all very scabby and not fresh.

Two stars one cause Gene on the phone seemed to know what he was doing and one because the bouquet was delivered on time.I sent a Christmas bouquet for a very special Christmas party that I happen to be at, I was very disappointed I ordered a large and I was asking Gene about the chocolate covered reindeers he said yes just like the picture. Well there was not one chocolate reindeer it also looked like the small. I call the very next day and spoke with Sara she told me she would have the manager call me back, still waiting.I would be very careful I would only do pick up only. My experience would not to go back to Smithtown.
