I hired Lee to come in and install a shower door at my house. He quoted me a much higher price than other quotes I had received but said he could do it the next day so we decided to just go with him. After installing the shower door he had placed shims under it and asked that we didn’t open the door for several days, which we adhered to. When we finally opened the door we noticed that either he or his son (who he brought as his helper) had broken the tile that they had mounted the door hinge to. I immediately sent him a picture and said that the tile had been broken. He immediately placed all the blame on me and claimed that it was like that when we got there, which we know for certain it was not. When I proceeded to asked why he had not said anything before installing a hinge over a broken tile he said I should have said something, “that was my bad”. Although he took no responsibility for any of the damage. So we ended up overpaying 300$ for 30 minutes of work and cents worth of material, only to have our bathroom tile broken and then have him nastily say he had nothing to do with it. I would not recommend this company to anyone, save yourself the hassle.

Lee is absolutely amazing. He is punctual. Priced competitively and ALWAYS delivers amazing results. During our bathroom renovations we only use Lee for custom glass shower doors. For every shower glass door he has installed we have heard nothing but amazing reviews from each customer.
