I found my wedding dress at Bridal Country. The ladies are super helpful. They did alteration for me as well. They have good selection of beautiful wedding and prom dresses. Definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful experience! My daughter was shopping for her first military ball. Ms. Helen is such a sweetheart. Small local boutique with a small selection of lots of beautiful wedding dresses and some special occasion and bridesmaids dresses. They have a seamstress on site and you may have to let them know you are there. I was there 45 minutes and no one even knew it.Other than that def worth the stop looking for your special dress. Prices seemed About right to.

Lots of dress options for both prom and weddings. They have been in the same place for as long as I can remember and are super friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is they dont carry enough options for larger sized women to try on. Its hard to see if you like the way a dress would fit just by draping it over you.

It was my first time at Bridal Country, not a bad experience but not a good one either. The lady was extremely nice, offered to help and asked a lot of questions. I just have to say they’re priced way too high for the quality of the dresses in their selection. I came in with a $300 budget like I usually do for a formal dress because I have to get it hemmed, and all their dresses were $400 and up and they don’t don’t even offer a hemming service.

Ladies were supper helpful and not judgemental of size or budget. They even looked at pictures of dresses I tried on at other shops to help me determine my dress style. I would recommend all brides stop in here!

Horrible store. Very pricy compared to other stores I’ve been to. The place smells so bad. the dresses weren’t even cute. They look like they were made in early 2000’s and they’re very expensive. The cutest dress you can find will be $700 so if you’re will to pay that much go for it. I called the place before going and asked if they had dresses for a price range of 170-300 and she said yes. Then I went and I didn’t find any pretty dresses or ANY dress that was below $450. The lady didn’t even bother to help me find one either. Again, the place stinks.

Ms Helen is the most helpful person ever, even that I couldn’t find a dress in the color that I needed she was nice and kind and super helpful she indicated me some places to look for and even told if I needed any thing else just be back there, not telling the beautiful and stunning dresses that she has only not in my specific color!!It’s definitely a place that I’ll be back if I need any dress again!

Good experience. Went in with my daughter and her friend looking for prom dresses.Both ladies very helpful. Showed only dresses in my price range. Helped the girls with trying on the dresses. Held a dress for my daughter while we looked other places. Was able to place the dress on layaway. Had some minor alterations which were done in a timely fashion. Very honest and straightforward regarding pricing. Would go back for any future dress needs.

I bought prom dresses from Helen 3 years in a row! If you live in Smyrna. DONT go anywhere else. You dont find something you like on the rack, start looking through the books. I ordered 2 of my dresses with out trying them on, and LOVED them.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ! I Went to bridals country today with my mom to try on prom dresses and wasnt greeted when I arrived. Went in and told her I wanted to try on dresses. Her response was you can look around you dont have to wait on me. The entire time she said nothing to us. There was an older women fixing dresses and she made little conversation. My mom had to help me with getting down the dresses and hanging them in the fitting rooms. shortly after a white elderly lady and her niece came inside and was greeted very nicely she made conversation with them and put the dresses in the fitting rooms for them and told them if their is anything else they need help with to let them know. I tried on 2 dresses and was leaving without anything still being said to me. I usually dont write reviews but I felt like I was treated very unfairly and I feel that everyone should be treated equal no matter the color. Ill never shop here again! Save your money for somewhere else that will appreciate your time and be professional and helpful.

Owner was nice but it seems she caters more towards prom and not wedding. Definitely not plus sizes friendly.

Walked in and was immediately greeted with attitude. Bridesmaids and maid of honor were not allowed to even speak about or to the bride about dresses. The mother of the bride was yelled at. The dresses are seriously out of date and all sales are final NO ALTERATIONS. Everyone felt very out of place and seriously offended. Very disrespectful. We arrived at 12:00pm and left about 12:30. Couldnt wait to leave.

The service was absolutely amazing. The people are so kind and attentive. 10/10 recommend them or any one looking for a beautiful dress.

I went in to this store today to get measurements done and it was the worst experience ever. I recently had a baby and have some extra weight I want to lose and the front desk lady asked me when I was going to lose my weight. She also asked, Are you going to pay now? She had zero people skills whatsoever. It also smelled of mold and mildew which is very concerning. I did not want my baby in that store any longer. The mirrors were so dirty and everything was just gross and trashy. I will never ever be going back or recommending them to anyone.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!ITS A SCAM!!!We ordered bridesmaids dresses from them 8 months ago and a week before the wedding the so called dresses arrive and they were FAKE and COUNTERFEITER merchandise that they are trying to pass off as something they really ordered, The dresses didnt have any tags of the designer and looked as though someone was just learning to sew the night before these were $200.00 dresses we ordered. Needless to say they didnt apologize or try to make sense of the mess they created and had 5 bridesmaids scrambling the week before the wedding to find dresses off the rack. DO NOT LET this be you and save your time and money and just dont go to them
