This was the second time I brought our 2020 Traverse in for Transmission issues. The Transmission would Buck, while shifting between gears and accelerating heavily on the gas pedal.Willis Service technician, Kyle Willey, took the time to road test the vehicle to see if he could duplicate the issue. He was able to successfully duplicate it.After road testing he looked at the data generated by the vehicles computer and sent it to Chevrolet for a second opinion. Between Kyle and Chevrolet, they were able to narrow down the possibilities and found the components causing the problem.Im NOT Happy that I had to take the vehicle in for service, but Im VERY Happy that they were able to duplicate the problem and find the bad components.I also want to mention Service Advisor, Ron Dupuis. Ron was courteous and professional. He takes the time and listens to the Customer. He was GREAT about calling me and giving updates on the issue. THANK YOU Willis Service Department!

Absolutely no negative aspects whatsoever! I made the mistake of getting my reporting time mixed up and arriving two hours early. Although when I discovered my mistake and I offered to bring the vehicle back later the staff member offered to take care of everything without any time delay; which he did.

I drive 40 minutes to have my car serviced bypassing service establishments within convenient locations.Willis is worth the drive. You can only hope all of your dealers provide this type of service to the communities they serve.
I already had my car on a diagnostic machine before I came to your place but still had to pay 127.97 for you to tell me what I knew. Now the part and labor is around 650.00 for an airbag module. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. lord knows when ill be able to have that replaced.
Our salesman Glen Clark was amazing. He had the car we were looking for ready for us when we arrived. Was very informative about the features, etc. The process went so smooth. The finance person was also very good. He was quick and informative. This was the easiest process we have gone through.
John made the whole process so easy and seamless. I’m from out of state, so to be able to do everything through text was so helpful. When the truck arrived, John called immediately. When I was able to make it to the dealership I was in and out in less than a hour. Everyone was so nice and welcoming!

The appointment was on time. The work was perfect. Everyone at the dealership did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied.I dropped my car off at 6:30AM. The service manager even opened the door and came outside to make sure I had a ride.
I filled out all forms online and they had all the paperwork ready upon arrival, which was great since I live 2.5 hours away. Everything was as promised and Frank Lauro was a gem to work with. Despite the distance from my house, Ill be contacting them again for my next new car.
Purchased 2015 Silverado new from Willis and have used their service dept repeatedly. I have been extremely happy with the service dept. and especially with the Service Manager, Ken Biddle. He has worked with me on repairs that may have cost me more if he had not gotten in touch with GM and recommended certain aspects of the repair could be partially covered by related recalls. He has gone far above the norm. I am currently using their collision service as I just got rear ended and I am hoping for the same great service from Willis!

My new vehicle purchase went very well. There was no pressure from the salesman to make the purchase. He answered all my questions and replied to all my concerns. It was my luck that the salesman was the one that built the car with all the options. So he knew the car well. The test drive, sale price negotiation, finance went smoothly. Would of been happy with a little more trade-in offer. But it is what it is. I would highly recommend to use Willis Chevrolet for the next vehicle purchase.
Poor customer service skills demonstrated by the service manager; Susan. Despite having received a notice from GM directing me to bring my car identified by its VIN in for recall repair; she refused to acknowledge the instructions stated to the vehicle owner. She threatened to call the Police and have me trespassed despite the fact that I was there for an appointment made by another employee regarding the recall. Her attitude and volatility suggested she had a problem with the race of the customer who dared question her direction. Employees like her interacting with customers can ruin a business.

It was happenstance, really. I qualified through USAA and ID.me and was sent to a dealership in MD. They could not locate the vehicle I was looking for. GM brought up the vehicle I purchased from you, however, it did not show up on your website so I called. Everything done via phone and email. When I came in to take delivery everyone was extremely friendly and helpful while my salesman was finishing up with another customer. True teamwork.

I brought my equinox in to have a recall fixed. They called me and said my muffler was aftermarket and it might not fit. And that I would have to take it to a muffler shop to have it soldered together and pay for that myself.

I wish I could give Willis 5 stars. I purchased a new Colorado from Glenn. He was hands down the best car salesman I’ve ever experienced. My wife and I had our baby in the middle of the deal and he was very respectful of the process and I commend him for that. A few days after I picked up the truck I noticed vibrations in the tires at certain speeds, and the steering wheel wasn’t straight. Called, made an appointment that worked for my schedule. 3 hours later, and to save a very long story. I was to be charged for the service. Because the mechanic took longer to diagnose a fairly easy problem.Kenny the service manager has to be the most unprofessional person I have met to date. He was not comprehending that the problem started when the vehicle was bought. He walked away from me mid sentences multiple times. Glenn and mr Willis himself approached us and asked the situation. Seemingly agreeing with me that this was not to be paid for. Kenny the manager then proceeded to mock me saying that since I know how to fix it he needs better mechanics than.I will never be spoken to in that matter after I spent 38 grand on a vehicle.I will get my free service from Willis and will not return. The disrespect by this individual is outrageous. Please go buy a vehicle from Glenn, but be weary of the lacking service writers and the manager Kenny. You should be ashamed of yourself sir.

Went in for oil change. Im right under my next service based on mileage. Technician explained everything to me and what my options were. My oe recommendation is for someone to clean and disinfect the chairs in the waiting room after each customer leaves.

This was the first time that I’ve been to this Chevrolet Willis Chevrolet dealership I had to bring my Camaro in for a recall. The Service manager Bryan shipe made sure I had a loaner car and explained what was going to take place he was very professional and made me comfortable about leaving my collectible car in their care.
