Bakery is the best department that’s why I give it two stars. Deli and Produce is horrible I went to get apples today and I couldn’t find not one good apple. I browsed the other fruit just to make sure I wasn’t overthinking anything and turns out that majority of all the fruits were bad. This is horrible no one should have to go through this every time they come to their local publix for fruit. The Deli team is so rude and the manager is rude! Never again what a waste of time.

I have 4 Publix in a 10 minute journey from me and this is the least one I go to. The staff can be helpful, but it is hard to find someone. Deli usually line is long. Sometimes you find an item in stock and sometimes you dont, but I like it when someone checks to see if they have anymore versus just saying its out. They have an inventory checker on their phones so they can scan it and check. This store doesnt even use it. They will look at the empty spot and say its out.

Always the best lunch. Love the ribs, chicken, everything. Consistency in workers who recognize you.

I always get great service and delicious food when I go there. The bakery is amazing and the staff is extremely helpful. There’s someone in the produce section that can help you with meal ideas as well in the seafood section. Get ready to take notes on your shopping list.

The store is nice and the workers are friendly. But don’t order subs from here. They always take forever, whether you order ahead or order in store. I ordered ahead for pickup and when I arrived on time, it took them 15 minutes to get me my sandwich. I would have gotten it in the same amount of time if I had just ordered in store.

The staff at this location is incredibly helpful. I never have to search the aisles for help like I do at other grocery stores. Great seafood (Try the fresh Salmon) and bakery. Prices are a few cents more than others admittedly but the frequent buy one get one free deals offset this for me. Always clean and orderly.

Very clean store. One of the staff members in the meat market went out of his way to find me the pizza toppings I was looking for. Will definitely be going back. :-)

Employees are really nice and helpful. The short rib selection looked really skimpy though for a super high price point. Barely any meat on them. No thanks. But, still love Publix.

Its Publix what can I say I always enjoy when I go there the bogos are great deals especially if you have a large family and things like cereal different forms of snacks I find that when I go there I can get like about I want to see about 10 boxes of cereal for like 30 bucks

Well since the opening of this location the Customer Service is top shelf..It maybe a smaller Publix then most the check out wait time is always fast and friendly..In my 100 plus visits not once ever head A complaint form any of the Associates. The Meat Department staff has always gave fresh cuts to my request. The Produce Department staff is always aware of the origin of the different fruits and Vegetables. This Publix Definitely fits well into our small town personal feel of Smyrna yet has the offerings of any of the large Publix Supermarkets..I would also like to add the placings by Managment of some of the handicap staff hats off to yall for putting them front and Center and Giving them the opportunity to Shine like the Superstars they are..

This is a really good location but due a lack of staff especially in the deli, your wait times will be alot longer than usual. I had to wait 40 minutes just to get a couple of sandwiches. Overall it good but they really need help to get back to the general Publix standard

Very nice & clean Publix store. While their prices are 10-20% higher than Kroger, they do carry several items that I have purchased for years at Kroger stores (that for some reason) they no longer carry. I would shop here exclusively if they price matched Kroger on regular priced name brand products. Unfortunately its still cheaper to buy everyday name brand items at Kroger & periodically shop this Publix for the few things Kroger doesnt carry. lve done the math, and I save between $30 to $75 a month shopping this way. Again, its a very nice store, but it doesnt justify charging ~20% more for major name brand items you can find at any grocery store.

Went for sandwiches which were nicely done. Comparable in price to Subway and more meat.

Some team members are incredibly rude and unprofessional, managers alike. Particularly Andrew, who could perhaps use some additional coaching in decency, effective communication in management & conflict resolution...Never again.

Produce is always fresh. Checkout is fast and the staff is so helpful since usually I have to have multiple orders.

I just love publix

Had not been to this Publix before. Went for lunch and to pick up a few things. As usual, got a pre-made sandwich from the deli since the line is generally long, but thats because the deli sandwiches are so good, but then had to wait in the line anyway to get packets of mayo and mustard. Wanted to get sushi but all they had was rolls.

DELI REVIEW- Renee made my sub and had a attitude and was rushing me the entire time. She was trying to hurry me up and I didn’t like that. She had a very rude tone and acted like it was an issue to make my subs. Find someone who enjoys their job and doesn’t have an attitude. Thanks.

I always have a good experience at this location. Since its 2 min from me this is now my primary grocery store despite Publixs slightly higher prices (compared to the Kroger I was going to) Will gladly pay a little extra for a consistently great shopping experience.

This has to be the slowest Deli department I’ve ever seen at a Publix. I spent my whole break in line today, an hour. Everytime I come in here the line is backed up and there is no one at the hot bar. So both the cold cuts and hot bar are sharing employees. This has to change. Very nice people once you get up to the front, but the time it takes to get there is unacceptable.

Love this location. Everyone who works here is great and its always clean and well stocked. Everyone practices good social distancing, and they have reminder signs to bring in your reusable bags (which I wish more people would use, but thats beside the point!) Also have recyclable containers out front for plastic bags and egg cartons, which I love. I always shop here!

I stopped by this location to fill my prescriptions on the way home from the hospital. I ended up leaving my wallet behind with quite a bit of cash to pay my bills in it. I realized 2 hours later that i didnt have my wallet. I called n my wallet was in the lost m found. When i showed up to claim it, nothing was missing from inside it. I wish i could reward the kind person that made my day! You have no idea what that ment to me. Every other time I am there i leave a happy customer. I will continue to shop here everytime.

Very good supermarket. I also appreciate the managers who have not harassed me for not wearing a mask, as Im a disabled Marine Corps veteran with severe nasal blockage.

Staff was extremely attentive and helpful! From the parking lot to the pharmacy - I was there for my C19 vaccination and it couldnt have gone any smoother.

Ive yet had a bad experience at any Publix Ive been to. Only reason I give it a 4 star is cause they have a small parking lot compared to other locations I sometimes shop at. Overall staff is friendly and helpful, cleanliness is spot on, they are practicing Covid regulations daily. They usually have 95% of what Im shopping for so not much stocking issues, deli, bakery, and meats have been in great taste. Yup this Publix is on point, enjoy yall.

Publix is an exceptional store. I typically interact with the pharmacy on most of my visits and they are incredible. They are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and go above and beyond to serve you. When I was without insurance they found me the best discounts for my prescriptions. I recently moved a distance from this store but I still go there. I honestly believe they care about my well being!

Worst pharmacy in existence. 5 people working and can’t get a simple prescription filled in 4 hours. Plus they run it under a discount card instead of insurance without even asking about the price. Thanks for ruining my day.

Publix has among the highest grocery prices of any grocery store where I shop. Some of their prices are outrageously high. For example, a 7 or 8 oz. bag of candy I occasionally buy is $1.89 at Kroger, yet nearly $1.00 more at Publix.That being said, Publix had items in stock that Kroger did not, like Clorox bleach cleaner, and Asian food like sesame oil, lite soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Im guessing its because Publix doesnt get near the volume of customers that Kroger does.As Ive mentioned before, IMNSHO Publix beats Kroger in newer, brighter, cleaner stores; produce quality; and customer service. Kroger generally beats Publix in prices and selection (when items are in stock). Although I think Publix is the better store, its not that much better to justify its generally higher prices for the same brands and goods that Kroger offers.
