They replaced most of the flooring in my house with Luxury Vinyl Tile. We ran in to a few problems with my subfloor but they came up with a great solution and my floors look great. They also did great work on my fireplace hearth. Give them a call. You will be glad you did. Im very happy with the final results!

We are very happy with our experience with B & B and will definitely use them again! We had a hiccup where the installer had a family emergency and was not on time but he made up for it and finished on time and they also sent me a credit for the inconvenience. I’ve never written a negative review online before so bare with me.In short, this company is unprofessional and has the most terrible customer service I’ve ever encountered.We chose to use B&B Flooring instead of a big box store specially because we needed HELP and GUIDANCE choosing flooring for a new home. We received neither.I spent several hours in the showroom with Keely choosing carpet and wood floors. I explained to her our only need with wood flooring was to closely match existing flooring that was in 40% of the home and durability.I also explained to Keely that we have children and a large dog. Keely said she herself has dogs and completely understood my needs.After hours of looking at hardwood, engineered hardwood, and luxury vinyl floors, I made a selection of engineered wood (Palmetto Road).When I picked up the sample, Keely actually said, “oh, I was just about to show you that one”.At NO TIME did Keely provide any indication the floor chosen was incredibly dedicate and absolutely NOT pet or family friendly. She simply wrote down the order and sent the invoice.To have a sales person at a small business completely disregard a customer’s needs in order to make a sale is appalling. That level of “service” is something I would expect at a big box store, but not a small, local business.I would have been happy to choose a different floor had Keely provided any sort of help or guidance on the matter or had the decency to tell me the truth about the product.The wood floors have been down for just a couple weeks now and they look TERRIBLE.We don’t wear shoes in our home, our furniture has felt on the bottom, we are extremely careful and keep our home very neat. Nevertheless, the floors will need to be replaced in less than a year because they scratch so easily.We spent just shy of $10,000 at B&B and completely wasted our money.There were numerous other problems throughout the install process with our carpet and workers that showed up HOURS after the scheduled time. The first time the carpet was installed on the stairs it was cut too short. The installer came back twice to stretch the carpet knowing it was cut too short in the first place. Finally, another installer came out, took one look at the mess and said it needed to be redone.They had to reorder more carpet and completely redo the stairs. This matter was corrected, but a project that should have taken about a day and a half instead took weeks.Barry, the owner, provided no solution for the wood floors other than installing another type of flooring at cost. Why would anyone spend more money with a business that has proven they don’t stand behind products they sell and where employees are dishonest?? There wasn’t even an offer of a partial refund after everything we have gone through. When I spoke with Barry, I asked if he would at least make sure his employees are trained on the products they sell so no one else has to deal with this type of situation. His only response was to say the employees are trained.CLEARLY NOT.Bottom line, don’t waste your time and money at B&B Flooring. You will regret it.

I dont often write public reviews but Barry and his crew really saved my project. A brand new floor had been installed incorrectly and was not salvageable. They answered the phone (on Good Friday) and by Monday had come out and estimated. My install was done a few days later to perfection! And the price was not nearly as high as I expected. Nice to find true professionals you can rely on.

We had a water heater that busted during the snow back in February of this year. It flooded three rooms in our home. We were referred to B & B for our flooring needs. The staff (Jada) and the owner Barry, were very pleasant to work with. Jada helped me with all my needs, helped me pick colors, trim, etc. Materials got in fast and they had someone out that tore out a floor and installed our new ones. The installer was very nice and worked VERY FAST! I will definitely use them any time we have a flooring problem. Thank yall for making my house beautiful!

These guys are awesome! The work was seriously phenomenal - we pulled out a couple pillars from our place and there was raw, unfinished wood underneath. They came in and repaired a small section and blended it in perfectly. Everyone else told us we needed to re-do the entire floor which was ridiculous. The picture used to be raw wood with large gaps in it. Thank you B&B !!

Very happy we decided to go with B and B. Customer service was excellent from the time we walked into the showroom until the installers left our home. Keely was very helpful in picking out the flooring we wanted and at a price we were looking for. She followed up after the installation to make sure everything was perfect.The installers were on time and finished ahead of time. They were extremely friendly and answered any questions we had. It was a 2 day experience, and I wish I had done it sooner! They replace tile with vinyl planking. It looks fabulous. I love my new floors. I would definitely recommend them! And use them again.

Barry, Keeley and Amber all were easy to work with. We ( Giles Creek Baptist Church) are remodeling the inside of our church (classrooms) and switched from carpet to Luxury Vinyl Tile. Which looks fantastic! Makes the halls feel wider and opened up the class rooms.Installation was good, just a little tiny thing or two Barry said they would come back and fix. We still have the sanctuary to do so stay tuned...

My elderly mothers house needed new flooring so we went to B and B and were very impressed with our initial meeting. We received a fair bid so hired them to do the job, which they did on time and very professionally. When I couldnt be there when the crew arrived, Keeley came in my place so my mother would be comfortable. When I was able to be there, the crew was very respectful and did a fantastic job. I will hire them again for my future flooring needs.

These folks were recommended to me by a house repair/remodel service and Im glad I followed up on the lead. On my first visit to the store, Amber helped me pick out several options for redoing nearly all the floors in my house (tile and carpet) after taking the time to listen to what I was trying to do. Next, she and Keeley came out to my house with the samples for me to see where they were going to go. When I made my picks, they had an estimate to me in no time. Keeley made some suggestions and even came back to the house with more samples to suggest. I was smart enough to listen to her and I am very pleased with the results. The install crew worked hard and well and did a great, professional job. Keeley even came back to my house to check the work in progress and again later to check the final results. After a very bad experience with a contractor who worked on my home, I was very tentative when we needed new floors in my parents home. Why didnt we know about B & B before?? Keely arrived at my parents house on time, was very friendly and helpful. The price was competitive. The install crew was very efficient - and they were incredibly kind and thoughtful working around the needs of my mother who is bed-ridden. It was a great experience overall!

This company did my mothers hardwood floors. They did a very good job and were very professional and courteous.

Had an appointment for 9:00-10:00 for my house and nobody arrived until 10:30. I had a guy working on my house, the installer asked the guy outside about flooring, which he doesnt know because he does not live there. Insted of knocking on the door, where my mother was waiting on him, he calls me after hes already too far out to tell me i have to reschedule... Just another rinky dink place with poor lazy workers. Cant even talk to anybody in charge, i would highly recommend exploring your options if youre expecting a professional job.

This will be a long review so bear with me. I walked in the showroom and was greeted with a friendly smile by Keeley Deese, office manager. I needed to have a new floor install in my house. She and Amber, her office assistant, came out and did measurement. They brought out some floor samples to see which one would look the best. Afterward, Keeley would then write up the price quote and email it to me. Later, I asked for just a price quote on labor, floor prep, and additional material excluding the flooring. I did not buy the flooring from B&B and got them cheaper from Lowes. I have 902 sq ft and they would charge $1.75 per sq ft. to install my luxury vinyl tile (LVT). My total invoice was $3,102.92. Great ! When can you guy get started on the project? Keeley replied when we receive the full payment. (RED FLAG) but I wanted to support my local business and give them the benefit of the doubt. I paid them in full with cash on 12/05/2018. To make a long story short, the project is finish on 01/07/2019 Happy New Year !!! Here are the bad.BAD : communication, when the young ladies are out of the office, you can not get in touch with them. office phone does not roll over to a mobile phone. Keeley and Amber seem like nice people but does not have customer service skills. It like Im talking to a teenager that doesnt remember what you told them. They response with I thought you said this, or I said that. Correct term here is unprofessional attitude.BAD : no follow up or personal contact from the owner/president of B&B Flooring, Barry Bryant. No quality check onsite of the work of the installer.BAD : how many days to finish this job ? Installer were sick, Christmas break, and on two week vacation. They didnt have a finish date set. Im at their mercy. I hope they will make positive changes and dont need bogus insider reviews to make themselves look good.

This place is hands down amazing. Were needing to replace flooring in some of our rooms, we knew we didnt want carpet but wasnt sure on what fit for our family. Thanks to the amazing staff at B&B they helped us find exactly what we needed and after looking around everywhere else to make sure we were getting the best price, B&B was the place for us! The price we were quoted was Super affordable! We decided that with the price we would just go ahead and get the same flooring throughout the whole house. The office staff was so nice and helped me in everyway they could (Even giving my son a doughnut) while I looked around!I will definitely be using them when we move and sending my family their way! You wont be disappointed they always go above and beyond!
