Please listen to the comments. VERY rude is an understatement. I called and whoever answered the phone answered as if they were the customer and I was the employee. So happy I did not spend money with this company and I see why there are only 3 stars. Needs to be only 1 star honestly.. The man that answered the phone was very snappy. I’m not sure if he was just having a bad day or if he was on his period.

This company sales on Amazon and after I tried to get my product replaced by my guarantee, they did not respond for it. I would never recommend anybody to buy anything from this company because they are nog responsible

Omar, the General Manager of this shop is SO rude. I had unpleasant experiences with him on three different occasions. The third was the straw that broke the camels back; I called to get a quote on a quick job and he was both unfriendly and unaccommodating.On the first occasion my manager and I thought him to be unfriendly, but hey--everyone has a bad day once in awhile. He gave us the cold shoulder during our quick transaction (a simple embroidery of a name on just one article) and then shadily told us we could pay only in cash.On the second occasion he charged us significantly more for the same service and of course, had an attitude when I dropped what I was having embroidered off. Luckily, the lady that also works with him is relatively friendly. When I went to pick up the finished product she was on the phone (with Omar) and as I entered said Ok, well shes here now so Ill let her know. Which, I took to mean there was some conversation being had about me. Nonetheless, I paid her, got what I was there to pick up and she gave me a handful of business cards urging me to call them whenever we needed more of the same type of job done.This afternoon I did just that--called with a similar job to get a quote because he had charged us two different amounts for the same job previously. He was so short and bothered that our conversation ended with me telling him I would find another provider.As a fellow local small business in Smyrna we wanted to support the local economy, and other small businesses, by using Creative Innovators. However, we wont be back as it is obvious that they dont care for our business. Considering basic civility seems too much a task for them, I wouldnt recommend you give them your patronage, either.

This place is great. I needed 100 Tshirts done ASAP no place else could seem get it done. These guys got it done with time to spare. Every shirt was perfect.

Very good local supplier for customer printed items, uniforms and vehicle lettering. Prices are often better than Ive found on the internet.
