The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They take very good care of me. I am glad that I switched pharmacies. I wish that I had done it sooner.

The WORST experience I have ever had at any small business. I purchased an item two days ago. Turns out, our doctor said no need for that item, if you didn’t use it you should return.I went to return the item and even though the item was never used and the box was never opened, the store owner refused to accept my return “because of COVID.”When I pointed out that I was not informed of their NO RETURNS policy when I made my purchase and when I pointed out there was nothing on the receipt to note that they don’t accept returns, all I got was the COVID excuse again.Finally, when I pushed that their continued arguing and interrupting wasn’t appropriate and I’d like a refund they point out a small 4 inch by 8 inch sign that in size 12 fonts says they don’t accept returns. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!I will NEVER purchase from this store again and I will be sure to spread the news of the terrible experience I had.Feedback to the owners: Get a LARGE sign that says “We do not accept returns of any kind. ALL sales are final.” And then place that sign on your front door. Place one by the check out too. I bet you won’t! Because people will think twice about why you won’t accept returns and it’ll drive away your business. To be unclear is to be unkind. You were very unkind today.

This is more than your average pharmacy and medical supply! Feels like family when I go there. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. They deliver your prescriptions if needed and are stocked with a variety of products for a healthy lifestyle; including alkaline water. I highly recommend this business!
