First of all, lets start off by saying I will not be coming back. Old man asked me if I had a hang tag in my truck. I said to him excuse me. He said do you have a hang tag or plate. I told him I was a Disable Vet. I said to him, I wouldnt park in a handicap parking spot if I didnt have a tag. What was really awkward was, I was the only person in there. Why would you ask me that. Oh I know, Im black. Will not be coming back again.

This is a really well-designed liquor store and very easy to navigate. The best part about the store though is their employees! Theyre always friendly, and they remember your preferences. The store is always clean, and it has a great vibe that somewhere between a hip Metropolitan liquor store, and a small town store where people know who you are. Perfect!

I am not one to drink very much if at all and this place has a selection beyond my very limited expertise. I just wanted something to spike the eggnog for the season and I could not make an educated choice. Its all a matter of taste I guess. There was a gentleman there that was abundantly helpful and taking time to explain things. I was even looking for information on my smart phone, but in the end Im thinking they must all be pretty much the same? Im grateful to have this place in Smyrna.

Always clean store with friendly and very helpful employees. The sales staff will not just point to where you can find an item but will take you where you need to go to find what your looking for. They have a very good knowledge of the products they carry and are eager to help find the perfect item that will be enjoyed by you and your guests for any occasion.

They have lambic which is about the only thing I like if I drink which is rare. They also have cool stuff like truffle mustard.

We use this store for all of our adult beverage needs and they have yet to disappoint. Was there the other day getting some things and not only did I get great help, I was steered towards a great alternative to what I was after and it was more than I could ever hope for! These guys run a great place and I would recommend them to anyone in need of great service at fair prices.

My go to liquor store. Always greeted when we walk in. They have a wide variety of wines and liquors. Occasionally they do tastings which is always a nice surprise. I feel my business is much appreciated shopping at Parkway.

Fantastic selection and had a lot of the local unique finds I had heard about (Whisper Creek, Belle Meade). Loved seeing all the beers on tap too! Staff were great suggesting finds I may have missed. Booze tourist lol

The ambience of this store seemed happy, beautiful and clean until I reached the check out counter. There was a younger gentleman who was very helpful and resourceful. He was checking IDs and bagging the customer personal selections while an older man ran the register. The older man was very grumpy and very rude. He threw my debit card on the counter and then threw my receipt at me as if I was trash. He the proceeded to ring up the customer behind me as if I were invisible, as I stood there in amazement. I politely picked up my card and receipt and said HOW RUDE. I will never shop here again!! I will also advise others not to do business here either, unless they dont mind being mistreated. His behavior was unnecessary and unfair to me as the customer and unfair to the business owner for he has now lost business!!

4 guys standing around talking, had to interrupt them to ask about a product. They didnt carry it, and their conversation was obviously important. I would have liked some suggestions for and equivalent product, but thats ok. Talk away guys.

Man at register very rude! Another man stood beside him, said nothing while I was treated badly, then he walked away. Think he was a manager, could have been the owner. However, I was in great spirits Christmas eve until encountering scrooge and his accomplice.Been living in the area over 10 years and chose this store as my favorite, never having issues before now. Was talked down to and embarrassed in front of several people in line while attempting to make a couple purchases for people using different payment cards. Mistakenly, used the wrong pin number a couple times on the 2nd purchase.My 1st purchase of about $29 went ok. After about 3-4 min total for both purchases, finally remembered the right pin, went to enter number and the employee spoke loudly saying take your card out. I said, I have the pin, then attempted to enter it. The man spoke loudly with attitude and frustration instructing me to remove my card from the machine and get in back of the line.He continued telling me you didnt have it together! You cant hold up my line! His outburst caused everyone to focus on me.I was mortified, hurt, and became angry!The nerve of that man, speaking to me in a tone that my own father never used towards me, wow! I said, surly you are not the owner talking like that. He said no, and I demanded my money back at that point.Mr rude, said you can get it once you go to the back of the line. I told him hell no! I waited, its my turn, and insisted on my refund. He went ahead and gave it to me. After that experince, it took a while that day for me to forget about how bad he made me feel. The store is nice but I question an owner that would allow mistreatment of customers.Surly, this wasnt his first rodeo, as he admitted being rude sometimes. I will not spend money there again and for this reason can not recommend this store.BEWARE, if you shop there, you may be offended by that jerk!

Stopped by this place on the way home from work today to pick up some vodka. Not a tall order. Most of the staff was very nice. However, totally turned off buy the ghetto-ness at the register with her iPhone stuffed down her bra, headphones in her ears, tapping away on the screen. Seriously, cant you do that crap on break? Better yet, management, cant you reign in your employees so that I dont have to experience this when I go shopping for my booze? Im over that crap.
