An amazing place with amazing employees. Antoine was so helpful And went the extra step to change my unit to the most perfect one for me. In other words he went above and beyond what he had to, not every day you find that anymore and I appreciate it very much. I would highly recommend this place

This was a excellent experience for me. The young man at the counter was very professional and courteous. Safety first as we wore our mask. Explained the discounted rates to me and lead me to making a great decision on the space needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Oh and the property was CLEAN and presentable. I checked out other spots first. Other spots were ahs... came here. GREAT customer service. Very nice and friendly people. Very affordable AND they actively give you deals. I look for good personalities. This place has it. Not only have I already rented a space, I just got another space. EVERYONE come check em out.

I highly recommend this business to anyone. I had been to 3 similar businesses prior to coming here and was beginning to believe that all were the same. I was greated by Amandas upbeat, bubbly energy and kind professionalism and was sold instantly even before seeing the unit I eventually rented. The cleanliness of the office on top of the customer service was all that was needed to convince me I had arrived at the right business that was a cut above the rest. The following day, Antionne matched his co-workers level of professionalism and empathy for my specific situation. When I saw the storage unit, it was pristine. Good prices but in just a little over a month my things in storage started developing mold on them, clothes, chairs ect ect.

Very polite and informative at the front desk, and offered us drinks even. Gave us all the specifics we needed and were very straight forward. Nice facility all together, and nice storage units. Would definitely do business here again.

We elected to downsize our unit to 10x10 and Antoine again was most helpful. Upon receiving the paperwork later I noticed that our insurance coverage letter from USAA was not applied and we were charged. After the thanksgiving holiday I dropped in and spoke with Amanda and she promptly corrected the insurance oversight and then I extended our contract to complete the year. She completed the renewal/extension. Excellent service from your folks in Smyrna and your storage facility on South Cobb Dr. will be recommended by us to who ever has a need for this service.

Greg was amazing. He was very informative and attentive. The process was smooth outside of the iPad shutting down at the very end of the process 3 times with the customer before me and 1 time with me. You guys should really get him a new one. It would have been much quicker if he didnt have to deal with those issues.

Never had to wait for the loading door or an elevator. I had little time to move and my biggest concern was driving a full truck up and having to wait for another truck to move or the elevator to be in use by others. I actively moved in and out of this facility over the course of six days and this never happened. Happened all the time at other facilities Ive used in the past. When paying people hourly...this makes a huge difference.

The staff was always friendly and courteous. The units were always clean a well lit I never felt unsafe when visiting my unit after hours. There were always dollies available and conveniently located for use. Not like other units where I have had to walk all over the location to find a dolly. The prices were good I only left because my home was ready and storage was not a problem anymore. They offer automatic payments and I was very surprise that they changed the payment date when a personal issue made meeting that due date impossible. I would def. recommend to anyone.

Reserved a unit, but never got to move in because they gave it away. The reservation system is a joke. It is first come first serve. Nothing says this on their website or in their contract and the employees just sit there with a dumb look on their face as if they knew nothing of this. There is nothing worse than showing up to a place that you think you are going to move into and then be told sorry we have nothing for you. I will never do business with them again or recommend them to any one. If I were you I would avoid them altogether, but if you are going to use them call first. Otherwise, your unit may not be there when you show up.

A Alpha Mini Storage was awesome! It is conveniently located by interstate 285 and a UHaul facility, which made my move in super easy! So if youre looking for storage in the Smyrna area with great prices and friendly staff, definitely check them out!

Would not recommend. Would give less stars if I could. Made a reservation 5 days in advance, arrived on my reservation day to be told my reservation was given away. They basically stated anyone who drives up has first come first serve despite a reservation. That’s not how reservations work in any other place. Nothing about this is mentioned on the website where I made my reservation. Terrible business model. Put me in a terrible place on moving day while 7 and a half months pregnant. Also facility was dirty and grimey. This place is terrible!

Dianna is so kind, bless her heart, but this is the second time Ive visited my storage unit and the door was locked thought it was supposed to be open. I arrived shortly after 9P to find that the door the the building for the climate-controlled units was closed I pushed and pulled and it would not budge. Before, Ive arrived at 6A and the door was not open. I waited an hour, but couldnt wait any longer as I had a flight to catch. I was attracted to the storage facility since it has unit access until 10P and Im often not available until after 9P. And the emergency number is crap; the mailbox is always full. Its a HUGE inconvenience.I write this review just as a warning, and hopefully they can get the synchronization of the door and lock/unlock hours together.

I rented a unit here for about a year and a half; I stopped only after I no longer needed extra storage space.Getting the space was quick and simple - Dianna, the property manager, sincerely made sure I was getting the size and supplies I needed and didnt try to spend the entire application process doing pushy upselling - which I wholeheartedly appreciate! Everyone Ive encountered have always been very kind and courteous too; they even drove me out to the unit to inspect it prior to renting (others may do this, but this was a first for me.)Prices are also very reasonable as well. At the time I rented, all the competition within 5 miles had prices that I considered ridiculous for the size space I needed. A Alpha actually had prices at about what I expected from renting previous storage units.To summarize - great staff; good prices (for what I rented); clean and well-kept units; and I had no problems at all. I didnt give them a reason to have a problem with me (e.g. by not paying rent), so I never had a problem with them! ;-)Keep up the great work!
