Its great if you have a coupon. A lot of things here are cheaper online, even on their own website. Theres too many better fabric stores online now, and joanns has to do some renovation before catching up. Workers are very nice and helpful, and store is very clean and appealing

Fantastic store! My fiance had never heard of this store so I told him we had to go check it out because we needed things for our wedding.He fell absolutely in love and so did I. It was nice to go to a store where they actually had things in stock. The staff was very nice and accommodating.Well definitely come back.

First of all theres too much racial tension in the country for people to still be acting a certain way. I bought fabric less than 2 weeks ago and had to return it without a receipt. I was told I would be given the lowest price because I didnt have a receipt. I understood that. Upon giving my ID to the store associate Stormie, she proceeded to ask if my name is what it says on my drivers license and the asked the same about my last name. What the hell! My picture is on there would I present an ID THATS NOT MINE?! Then she asked if I had returned something 3 times in the last 30 days without a receipt (which I didnt)but she said the system wouldnt allow her because its showing I did. I was so upset because I felt like if it was someone else that person wouldnt go through all the hoops to return 2 yards of fabric!!! SERIOUSLY!!!!. She knew exactly what she was doing. I craft a lot I wont be coming to Joann anymore I think another store will appreciate my business better. I dont know why a simple return has be so complicated. Most stores use the card used for thd purchase to verify but not Joann. They still have the archaic system!!.

Steven the manager was of great assistants. although he was busy assisting other costumers he did a great job multitasking while maintaining a pleasant and calm demeanor(good energy matters) . Simple experiences like such really make a difference.

Great place for supplies no matter what hobby you are into! But you gotta get the coupons for good pricing. Get their app or get on their mailing list.

I always liked thier selections of items. It is nice to see seasonal items in stock.

They seem to be under staffed and they have quit selling pattern books for crocheting and needlework other wise I got what I needed.

I placed an online order for pick-up at the store in Snellville, GA; and after waiting over an hour it still was not ready. The system still had it listed as Processing. I had to ask an associate about my order and was told that it didnt hit their system until 15 minutes prior to me asking. Really?The store wasnt even busy, and I witnessed a few associates just standing around conversing. When I placed an online order for pick-up at this same store a couple of weeks ago, the store was much busier, but my order was ready within 30 minutes with no problems.I walked back to the fabric cutting area to watch them cut my fabric, and one of the associates claimed to not see the fabric. Meanwhile, I just passed both fabrics. If I hadnt prepaid for my order, I wouldve left a long time ago; alas I sit waiting for my order. I should receive an additional discount for this hassle but know that will never happen.

We needed to replace the foam in our outdoor cushions and found just what we needed at Jo-Ann’s.Rhonda, in the fabric department, not only helped us but offered to put the foam inside our cushion covers. It was not an easy task! She did an outstanding job. We really appreciated her help.

I have done the Hobby Lobby thing and they are not in the same league as JoAnns. They totally beat all stores for price and Quality. Check it out! This is just a small sample..

Today I went to the store to buy plastic nailo to put on my table and they gave me everything crooked They did not take the measurement and it is the first time that I go there to that store because I always go to one that is in Pleasant Hill they should take the measurement to cut straight because I put it on my table and it was all crooked.

Ever since the Pandemic. Joanns has been my go to place. Im grateful to say Ive never any issues at this location. Everyone is always so helpful. Today Amy the Manager went above and beyond to assist me with a Sewing Machine. I am forever grateful.

They didnt have the greatest selection of pandora style beads, but in all fairness, Michaels & Hobby Lobby didnt have any. In the future, Ill just order online and either have it shipped to me or the store. The beads I did buy were all on sale, plus I had a coupon. After checking online, I noticed that some of the beads I purchased were even cheaper.

I like going to Joann Fabrics. It is always like a filed trip for me when I go there. I am involved in different crafts. You have to go to art stores though to get good art supplies.

Love JoAnn. Service is fast, friendly and clean. Always able to use coupons which is nice. Workers are very helpful.

I went in this store for the first time ever looking for fabric and I was a little confused. There are no employees on the floors to help with questions. Not sure if this is normal because as Ive said, I have never shopped here before. I will go back because their fabrics are bomb! Just wish customer service on the floor was more present.

JoAnns is making it harder to craft their prices cost the same as the items Im trying to copy. Not sure when it happened, but it happening. I might as well go into hobby lobby and buy it.

There is nothing special to make this Joannes stand out. Finding someone to help was poor, many shelves and aisles were bare. If youre looking for fabric then this is a haven, anything else I found much cheaper at Michaels and Hobby Lobby. Example: deco mesh, was $9.99 at Joannes and half that price at Michaels and Hobby Lobby.

Miss Rhonda in the fabric department gave me some great advice on how to add a slip to my dress. She chose the material I needed to use and told me how to do it to make sure the dress looks good. Thanks again Miss Rhonda!!!

I was in the Snellville store today October 30th. I had several coupons to use. They were based on the total dollar value of my purchase. My total purchase without tax was $50.31 which should have allowed me to use a coupon for $10.00 off of purchases $50.00 or more. The coupon would not take. The cashier Erin tried it twice and said the coupon will not work we will have to use the coupon for $5.00 for purchases over $35.00 because the $10.00 coupon only works if you spend $52.00 or more. I said well thats false advertisement. She said I know, most dont come that close to the $50.00. So I am out $5.00.Its been a while since I have shopped at Joanns for the same above reason that their coupons do not coincide with what is said on the coupon. So they can keep their $5.00 and I will no longer be a customer.

Great fabric store! The fabric stock is abundant and diverse. If you catch a sale its great!! You may have to wait w/ a number to get your fabric cut, so grab your number when you think youll be ready soon. I used that wait time to continue shopping for other things. I didnt give 5 stars because non-fabric inventory was either out-of-stock, or too pricey. The staff were friendly, patient and hard working. I got some great deals on not only fabric but also some jewelry making items.

2 hours agoFalse charges …I made a purchase on the computer for 159.72 and they didn’t have everything in stock. I was picking this order up at the store in person. So the charge was holding at my bank. When I picked the order up. The true charge was 131.15 they took a separate amount out and continued to hold the 159.72. I also made a call to order what they didn’t have to be shipped for 28.54 and 1 item they didn’t have so it took it down to a charge of 25.84 and they held the 28.54 also along with 159.72. I called the bank and Joann customer service. Joann said all they could do was email the bank. That it was the banks duty to release the funds. That is false information. I had to 3 way call the bank and Joann and it took that call to release the extra funds back to my account. They had no right to make extra charge that wasn’t authorized and hold the original purchase funds They should of took the amount out of the original purchase. Shame on them. I will change my card and private information Don’t do business with them No telling how many people they rip off.

Ive been in and out of here for the past few weeks looking for fabric for masks, and the ladies in the back are always helpful.

Its one of the largest Joann stores Ive ever been to, and theres so much to look at. There are lots of people around to help out and things to check out for novices and experts in crafting alike.

Customer service was great. Im new at this fabric thing and the fabric cutter was so understanding and helpfully. Even checkout was great. You would think you would get crazy eyes and attitude being so close to closing, but it was just the opposite. Everyone was so helpfully.

Anti-male? Employees with projection issues? Stood in line to have fabric cut, 5+ minutes. There was a female behind me waiting as well and two female employees cutting fabric. When it was my turn, one of the female employees asked the female standing behind me who was next. (Was I invisible until this point?) The lady customer behind me head-nodded towards me. The female employee pursed her lips, narrowed her eyes into a glare, and then offered to personally assist the female customer she had just cut fabric for find something... at the other end of the store.

I enjoyed this store due to its friendly ( for the most part) employees. All Christmas products were drastically reduced! It received 4/5 due to the fact that they didnt have any of the actual items I needed, and the one they did have was super expensive.

Hobby lobby wannabe. Not a lot of quality fabric to choose from. Lines were long. Not enough staff. Great place for a crafter, not for a seamstress.

The checkout line is normally painstakingly slow, but this is still my favorite craft store

Bought a loom online while in the store for pick up and got a great price on it. The lady at the counter was super nice and now Im struggling to make a blanket. Lol

Went to this location to purchase some items that were on sale but did not ring up at sale price. The young lady that works there was very understanding and patient with me as I looked up each item to show the sale price. Was very happy that I was not dismissed or pushed to the side. I will definitely return to this location.

Worst place ever! Hung up on me three times without even acknowledging me. Bare shelves. When asking if they had an item, person in charge was very rude, you dont see it, we dont have it.

Called at 7pm to see if an item was in stock? Yes headed there arrived at 710pm. No we dont have it in stock. 🤔

Service is always so slow here. If you come here, be prepared to spend at least an hour getting help and checking out. Theres never anyone to help promptly, and when you need fabric cut or to checkout, you have to wait in long lines, and it doesnt matter the time of day you go... Its still slow. On the other hand, despite everyone being so slow, everyone is always super nice, even if they dont know anything about the craft area youre in. Its hard not to be mad, but it is counterproductive.

This was the worst trip I have ever had at a JOANN. The girl and the guy at the cutting table seemed to busy to help me. So I spent 15 mins looking to see if they had what I needed. Thank goodness for the cashier for taken the time to show me how to find what store I can find it at. I sure hope it will be different next time.

I gave this a 4 because of prices. I would give a 6 if I could for their classes! Cynthia Tew is the best teacher! I drive an extra 20 minutes to get to this location instead of the closest Joanns.

Had everything I needed

Prices have gone up form recent years. They are more expensive than some other art and crafts stores I know. They also do not carry as much of a quality and for art supplies, they carry low end supplies. I am unimpressed. Their Art Supply section is for children practically. However they do take competitors coupons and have a great variety of fabrics
