I came to this store to sit, relax and read a good book. I got to do all this while enjoying Venti London Fog Tea Latte! The atmosphere is very chill here which made reading a lot more enjoyable. There were tons of selections too and I got to enjoy a book on Alaska for a bit. The staff were also very friendly and on my way out I bought 2 books for my kids. Cant wait to come back!

Very lovely Barnes and Noble. Its got a great selection. I personally thought there manga section was pretty well stocked. Ill swing around again if Im in the neighborhood.

I havent been in a book store in literally 2 years to date which was my 40th birthday, but my love for reading has never stopped!! So what I did this time for my 42nd birthday was get a membership 🥰... Staff was very helpful. Even trying a little different style book.

Theyve reconfigured the floor layout. I realize its to maximize the space with less merchandise, but as a book lover its hard to see bookstores decline; Im just happy that B&N is still brick & mortar. I also love their selection of cards, stationary and notebooks, etc. I have a soft spot for these elegant yet often under utilized products in this day and age.

I loved going down the aisles looking all the new books. The only real thing I was disappointed in was not a lot of romance novels, I like christian romance plus harlequin, love inspired and the k9 romance books. I hope barnes and nobles will continue to serve customers.

I love Barnes & Noble. This location is notable because they have a good vinyl section. Staff is helpful. Coffee is great.

Best big box book store still around, independent book stores are the best but this place does have a huge selection

This location has always been one of my favorites. I can find everything I need, a space to work, and a great Frappe. Like the friend staff as well.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. I rarely go to find a specific book, yet they always seem to have what Im looking for.

The whole family loves going to Barnes & Noble since there is something for everyone and every age. We literally spend hours in the store looking at books, games and educational items. Here are some of the neat finds from our last trip. We hope they stay in business for a long time. This craze of buying everything online is horrible and killing businesses.

I like browsing and shopping in a local bookstore. I absolutely loved the customer service at the Snellville Borders prior to their demise. Ive been in this B&N many times over the years and there are a couple of employees that clearly do not like their jobs. Id prefer to shop here in town but the complete apathy when you ask a question is off putting. Ill just order online.

All Barnes & Noble stores are really good, and this one is no exception. The staff is always ready to help and very friendly. Ive never had a problem finding books that I enjoy. They also have a variety of other products, like music, literary-related accessories, and toys. Theres a mini Starbucks in there, too, which is another plus.

I like to look at their magazines and have a nice hot tea or cappuccino

This store nails it everytime, great environment

Nice store. Because of CV19, there was no where to sit. The inside coffee/pastry shop had only 3 of the 2seater tiny tables to sit at that were of course occupied. My children didnt even wanna stay to long because they felt like the store seemed different/lacking from before.

Loved the bookstore and their cafe is 👍 great. Their dessert cookies are a good deal. Also their hot cocoa is fantastic and bought a book from Anne Rice Claudias story Graphic Novel.

I hope this store never goes away. Our family can spend 2 hours in here easily. Today the kids took part in a Lego building event and each bought a book to read over the summer. I looked over all the awesome cookbooks and got a bag of Brazilian coffee beans. A nice place to spend some time when it is raining!

Went to get a book about Google Chromebook and check out the dvds. Found book. Wish they had a wider selection of dvds available in the store.

Clean and organized well. Friendly and helpful staff. My daughter fell in love with the Manga section and my son freaked out when he saw the beautiful and engaging childrens section. Thank you to the staff for creating such a beautiful environment.

I love how clean and organized this B&N is. I have always had luck with telling an employee what kinds of books I love and them finding something for me in that genre. And lets not forget the Starbucks there; always on point. For these reasons I return again and again!

Just lost a 20+ year customer.I recently bought two books for my friend as a birthday gift, and was told that he already had the two books on his iPad and did not need them; so I figured I would simply return them and never thought twice about it.The two books I purchased had been in the bag the entire time with the receipt, however, when I went to return them today the cashier told me that his manager would not let me return one of them because it was “worn out.” But they were both in the EXACT same condition as when I first bought them a little over a week ago!!!!It’s this unyielding attitude that is going to make Barnes and Noble go the way of Borders bookstore.For a measly $20 Barnes and Noble just threw away a very valuable customer who—over the years— has bought hundreds of books. Dear management, was it worth it?I hope so, because now I am unfortunately going to start buying my books on Amazon like the rest of the world. Great place to purchase a book

Staff are always helpful and there is a great selection of books (and other things).

Fantastic collection of books, novelties, and games.

Clean and well stocked. Service was poor. Check out took a very long time . I was standing in line with 2 little girls while the cashier spent over 5 minutes catching up with folks she seemed to know. Normally it wouldnt have bothered me but its difficult to reign in 2 little girls while keeping masks on and maintaining social distances.

It has a soothing atmosphere and helpful staff.

This place was a disorganized mess. I am a frequent visitor of the Alpharetta and Cummings BN locations, and have always had great experiences. The Snellville location, well, I will never take the time to visit this place again.Books not organized and shelved correctly. The first area I visited was the kids books section, looking for a book for my daughter. This section was by far the worst. But, its the kids section, and I kinda expected as much. But then I started looking around the store and it became obvious that the majority of the store was like the kids section.I took a couple of quick pics of the reference section. Since this is probably the least visited section of the store (Im assuming), then Id expect this section to be organized, with books properly shelved and displayed in an attractive manner.Nope, not even this section was straightened out. Not as bad as the rest of the store, but still sloppy.

Im a huge fan of small local book stores and make my rounds to all my local faves. Sometimes, though, I just love losing myself in the Snellville B&N. The staff are always knowledgeable and eager to help, the layout is simple to follow and the coffee shop is an added bonus!

Quiet place to read a good book

The library clerks here are so amazing! They helped me find the book I was looking for in seconds. Its always such an enjoyable experience, it makes it hard to leave!! No question that Barnes and Noble is amazing!!

One of the far and few large book stores that are still open. Great quality books, clean store, and only 50 people at a time with masks in the store to practice social distancing at a time.

Great staff! Was trying to find a book that didnt have but went out of there way to find where the book was and was able to find it in the state of Indiana! Highly recommend this Barnes & Noble

Love that they still have bookstores around. Nothing like reading a cookbook magazine or childrens classic that you can touch and smell the pages.

The mask nazis hover around the door waiting to pounce on anyone not wearing a mask. 5-6 staff members not doing anything at all but making sure the citizens were complying with their rules. We were all wearing mask but it was INTIMIDATING just walking in. Sure enough, while we were standing in line to check out, they had converged on 2 female and 1 male African-Americans, 2 of which were wearing a mask but one 1 said she wasnt able to wear a mask. The Gestapo still turned them away.

Recent remodel looks nice. Its a book store they all the books it works out well.

This is forevermore a happy place. The smell of coffee and paper brings that immediate feeling of ease when you walk in the door. The staff is friendly and engaging from the book side to the Starbucks side. It also is a host of a quite place to meet a friend or get some studying done away from distraction. But please if you come here dont be loud in the coffee shop go somewhere else to have coffee and talk loudly.

Its nice to still have a Brick & Mortar book store. They have a decent selection of books to choose from.

Big store with a handful of folks, so the mask required policy is a put-off. Otherwise nice to browse real books in a brick and mortar store. Online shopping is not a substitute except the physical store cant have everything. I went out empty handed for lack of books on the topic.

The store itself was nice quiet and clean but it did not have what I was looking for which was a book on Pandas. It actually didnt have a good childrens selection nor was it properly stocked on the shelves. I loved every other section. I would return again but it is not children friendly on knowledgeable books for school. Though it was big on Sharks

This is my happy place. They carry everything you need to pursue your dreams. I bought a book to help me prepare for college, a book to inspire my Dad, a journal for my step son and a puzzle for my husband. Not only am I happy, the people around me will be happy!
