We went in there last weekend to swap out some candles that just didn’t smell good to us. The manager or whoever she was had a very bad attitude about it. I usually spend over 180 dollars every visit and I did it this time also. Even after swapping out the 4 jar candles. But she just had a bad attitude about everything. The store employees before used to be very friendly and courteous but not this lady. She was very rude and never smiled and we didn’t even get greeted when we walked. It was not a pleasurable visit to this store this time. Not sure if I will go back or not. Maybe order online or find another candle place.

Loaky was very helpful with helping my Mom and I pick out a scented candle for a friend. She was very knowledgeable! She went above and beyond to make sure we a had a great experience. I was satisfied with my visit.

The workers were very helpful and nice. The store was clean, orderly and stocked properly. Great selection of holiday candles and new spring candles! Loved it.

I love Yankee candle but with govt shutdown, they cant get their stock in. The girl said the truck was suppose to be in yesterday, it wasnt. Then today at 1, and it wasnt. The plaza at Webb Ginn is like a ghost town and it was 12:30 PM. I hate it if this store shuts down.

I shop at this location because is the only closer to my house, but each time I go there there is one lady apparently the manager, never welcome or smile, I wonder is this is race actitud because Im hispanic or she always is like that. Thank God their others workers always treat me nice and with a big smile. Love your candles❤ but not the manager😪
